約伯就起來，撕裂外袍，剃了頭，俯伏在地敬拜，

離開吧！離開吧！你們要從巴比倫出來。你們扛抬耶和華器皿的人哪，不要沾染不潔淨之物，離去時務要保持潔淨。

你們要撕裂心腸，不要撕裂衣服。歸向耶和華－你們的上帝，因為他有恩惠，有憐憫，不輕易發怒，有豐盛的慈愛，並且會改變心意，不降那災難。

看哪，我是在罪孽裏生的，在我母親懷胎的時候就有了罪。
