“‘ If the offering is a burnt offering from the herd, you are to offer a male without defect. You must present it at the entrance to the tent of meeting so that it will be acceptable to the Lord.

“‘ If someone brings a burnt offering from the herd, they must offer a male animal. It must not have any flaws. They must bring it to the entrance to the tent of meeting. Then the Lord will accept it.

“ If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall bring it to the entrance of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the Lord.

how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish unto God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old: ye shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats:

that ye may be accepted, ye shall offer a male without blemish, of the bullocks, of the sheep, or of the goats.But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace- offerings unto Jehovah to accomplish a vow, or for a freewill- offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto Jehovah, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto Jehovah.Either a bullock or a lamb that hath anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill- offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.That which hath its stones bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut, ye shall not offer unto Jehovah; neither shall ye do thus in your land.

Saying above, Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein( the which are offered according to the law),then hath he said, Lo, I am come to do thy will. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

for through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father.

Thou shalt not sacrifice unto Jehovah thy God an ox, or a sheep, wherein is a blemish, or anything evil; for that is an abomination unto Jehovah thy God.

But unto the place which Jehovah your God shall choose out of all your tribes, to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come;and thither ye shall bring your burnt- offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and the heave- offering of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill- offerings, and the firstlings of your herd and of your flock:

And Abraham said, God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt- offering, my son: so they went both of them together.

that he might present the church to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

For in my holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord Jehovah, there shall all the house of Israel, all of them, serve me in the land: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the first- fruits of your oblations, with all your holy things.

Let each man do according as he hath purposed in his heart: not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace- offerings; if he offer of the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before Jehovah.

Thy people offer themselves willingly In the day of thy power, in holy array: Out of the womb of the morning Thou hast the dew of thy youth.

What unto me is the multitude of your sacrifices? saith Jehovah: I have had enough of the burnt- offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he- goats.

And thou shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt- offering unto Jehovah; it is a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, behind him a ram caught in the thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt- offering in the stead of his son.

And he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt- offerings, and sacrificed peace- offerings of oxen unto Jehovah.

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow thee: wherefore also the holy thing which is begotten shall be called the Son of God.

And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt- offerings, and brought peace- offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

I delight to do thy will, O my God; Yea, thy law is within my heart.

It shall be a continual burnt- offering throughout your generations at the door of the tent of meeting before Jehovah, where I will meet with you, to speak there unto thee.

Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt- offerings in every place that thou seest;but in the place which Jehovah shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt- offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.

But cursed be the deceiver, who hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a blemished thing; for I am a great King, saith Jehovah of hosts, and my name is terrible among the Gentiles.

And Noah builded an altar unto Jehovah, and took of every clean beast, and of every clean bird, and offered burnt- offerings on the altar.

And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son, whom thou lovest, even Isaac, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt- offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.

knowing that ye were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from your vain manner of life handed down from your fathers;but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, even the blood of Christ:

Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith Jehovah of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered; and I will turn my hand upon the little ones.

and they received of Moses all the offering which the children of Israel had brought for the work of the service of the sanctuary, wherewith to make it. And they brought yet unto him freewill- offerings every morning.

And Balaam said unto Balak, Stand by thy burnt- offering, and I will go: peradventure Jehovah will come to meet me; and whatsoever he showeth me I will tell thee. And he went to a bare height.

And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and brought Jehovah’s offering, for the work of the tent of meeting, and for all the service thereof, and for the holy garments.

And he presented the ram of the burnt- offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

And he washed the inwards and the legs with water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt- offering for a sweet savor: it was an offering made by fire unto Jehovah; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

and bringeth it not unto the door of the tent of meeting, to sacrifice it unto Jehovah; that man shall be cut off from his people.

But if the sacrifice of his oblation be a vow, or a freewill- offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offereth his sacrifice; and on the morrow that which remaineth of it shall be eaten:

The children of Israel brought a freewill- offering unto Jehovah; every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all the work, which Jehovah had commanded to be made by Moses.

Who can count the dust of Jacob, Or number the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, And let my last end be like his!And Balak said unto Balaam, What hast thou done unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast blessed them altogether.

And he made the altar of burnt- offering of acacia wood: five cubits was the length thereof, and five cubits the breadth thereof, foursquare; and three cubits the height thereof.

And he shall take the two goats, and set them before Jehovah at the door of the tent of meeting.

and hath not brought it unto the door of the tent of meeting, to offer it as an oblation unto Jehovah before the tabernacle of Jehovah: blood shall be imputed unto that man; he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:

And Aaron and his sons thou shalt bring unto the door of the tent of meeting, and shalt wash them with water.

Take ye from among you an offering unto Jehovah; whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, Jehovah’s offering: gold, and silver, and brass,

if his sin, wherein he hath sinned, be made known to him, he shall bring for his oblation a goat, a male without blemish.

For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according as a man hath, not according as he hath not.

Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

God is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?

And Balak said unto Balaam, Come now, I will take thee unto another place; peradventure it will please God that thou mayest curse me them from thence.

And Balak did as Balaam had said, and offered up a bullock and a ram on every altar.

Surely there is no enchantment with Jacob; Neither is there any divination with Israel: Now shalt it be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!Behold, the people riseth up as a lioness, And as a lion doth he lift himself up: He shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, And drink the blood of the slain.

and thou shalt offer thy burnt- offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of Jehovah thy God; and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of Jehovah thy God; and thou shalt eat the flesh.
