Now they grope through the streets as if they were blind. They are so defiled with blood that no one dares to touch their garments.

Now those prophets and priests have to feel their way along the streets as if they were blind. The blood of those they killed has made them“ unclean.” So no one dares to touch their clothes.

並且你手上也有無辜之窮人的鮮血呢；並不單在挖窟窿的地方有，乃在各處都有啊；

你們伸開雙手來禱告，我必掩目不看你們；就使你們多多禱告，我也不聽；你們的手都滿了血，你們的指頭滿了罪孽。

永恆主必用癲狂眼瞎心神恐慌擊打你；你中午必摸來摸去，好像瞎子在墨黑中摸來摸去一樣；你不能使你所行的順利；只能日日不斷地受欺壓受搶奪，也沒有人拯救。

無論何人在田野上觸着被刀刺死的、或自己死的、或是人類的骨頭、或是墳墓、就不潔淨七天。

他的守望人是瞎眼的，都沒有知識；他們都是啞巴狗，不能叫喚；只是躺臥着，瞇瞇地睡，貪愛打盹。

故此必給你們黑夜，全無異象，必給你們黑暗，全無占卜。向「神言人」們、日必落了，對「神言人」們、白晝必變為黑暗了。見異象者必抱愧，占卜者必蒙羞；他們都必摀着上嘴脣而哀悼，因為上帝不應他們。

這樣，你們就不至於使你們所在之地成了俗污，因為血能使地成了俗污；若有在地上流人血的，非流那殺人者的血，那地之被血染就不能得潔除。

容許他們吧；他們是瞎子做領路人；若是瞎子領瞎子，兩個人都會掉在坑裏。』

他們心神昏暗，因自己裏面的無知、因心中的頑梗、而跟上帝的生命隔絕。

因為永恆主將沉睡之靈傾注於你們；使你們的眼緊合着，使你們的頭蒙蓋着！這一切異象在你們看就如封住的書卷的話。人將這卷書交給識字的，說：『請念吧！』他說：『我不能念，因為是封住着。』人又將這卷書交給不識字的，說：『請念吧！』他說：『我不識字。』

因此公平離了我們很遠；義氣正義趕不上我們；我們指望着光，唉，卻是黑暗！指望着光明，卻行於幽暗。我們摸索着牆壁、好像瞎子一樣；我們直摸索着、如同沒有眼睛的人；我們中午絆跌，如在黃昏一樣；我們在肥壯人中、就像死人一般。我們都咆哮如餓熊，直沉吟哀鳴像鴿子；我們指望着公平，公平卻沒有；指望着拯援，拯救卻離了我們很遠。

只有起假誓，謊騙、殺害、偷盜、姦淫、兇暴、殺人流血接着殺人流血。
