昔予有罪、爾降以罰、今予喪瞻、長歎不已兮、彼有罪戾、爾鑒察之、罰彼毋緩、與我無異兮。

“ Please pay attention to all their sinful ways. Punish them as you have punished me. You judged me because I had committed so many sins. I groan all the time. And my heart is weak.”

我有无限忧愁，伤心欲绝。

我祷告说：“我们的上帝啊，求你垂听，因为我们正在被人耻笑。求你使他们对我们的凌辱归到他们自己头上，使他们被掳到外邦。不要遮掩他们的恶行，也不要从你面前涂抹他们的罪恶，因为他们在这些建造的人面前惹你发怒。”

耶和华啊，你知道他们害我的各种诡计，求你不要赦免他们的罪过，不要饶恕他们的恶行。求你使他们倒在你面前，求你在烈怒中惩罚他们。

此情此景使我们黯然神伤，泪眼模糊。

他们大声喊着说：“圣洁真实的主宰啊，还要等多久呢？为什么你还不审判地上那些屠杀我们的人，为我们申冤呢？”

求你向不认识你的列国和不求告你名的民族发烈怒，因为他们吞噬、毁灭雅各，使他的家园一片荒凉。

锡安的居民说：“巴比伦人残暴地对待我们，愿他们受报应。”耶路撒冷人说：“愿迦勒底人偿还我们的血债。”

“祂从高天降下火来，焚烧我的骨头；祂在我脚前设下网罗，使我返回；祂使我凄凉孤寂，终日痛苦。

人们都必双手发软，胆战心惊，

耶和华啊，求你记住耶路撒冷沦陷时以东人的行径。他们喊道：“拆毁这城，把它夷为平地！”巴比伦城啊，你快要灭亡了，那向你以牙还牙为我们复仇的人有福了！那抓住你的婴孩摔在石头上的人有福了！

所以，我请求各位不要因我为你们受苦而沮丧，这其实是你们的荣耀。

树木青葱的时候，他们尚且做这些事，树木枯干的时候，又会怎样呢？”
