蓋主爾之天主、使約但之水涸於爾前、待爾皆過、如主爾之天主使紅海涸於民前、待民民原文均作我儕悉過然、

For the Lord your God dried up the Jordan before you until you had crossed over. The Lord your God did to the Jordan what he had done to the Red Sea when he dried it up before us until we had crossed over.

摩西向海伸手，耶和華就用強勁的東風，使海水在一夜間退去，海就成了乾地；水分開了。

以榮耀的膀臂在摩西右邊行動，在百姓面前將水分開，為要建立自己永遠的名，又帶領他們經過深處的在哪裏呢？」他們如馬行走曠野，不致絆跌；又如牲畜下到山谷，耶和華的靈使他們得安息；照樣，你也引導你的百姓，為要建立自己榮耀的名。

你在我們祖先面前把海分開，使他們走過海中乾地，將追趕他們的人拋在深海，如石頭拋在大水中。

神啊，眾水見你，眾水一見你就都驚惶，深淵也都戰抖。密雲倒出水來，天空發出響聲，你的箭也飛行四方。你的雷聲在旋風之中，閃電照亮世界，大地戰抖震動。你的道在海中，你的路在大水之中，你的腳蹤無人知道。

他把海分開，使他們過去，又叫水立起如壘。

那在滄海中開道，在大水中開路，使戰車、馬匹、軍兵、勇士一同出來，使他們仆倒，不再起來，使他們滅沒，好像熄滅之燈火的耶和華如此說：
