Now the priests who carried the ark remained standing in the middle of the Jordan until everything the Lord had commanded Joshua was done by the people, just as Moses had directed Joshua. The people hurried over,

抬全地之主耶和华约柜的祭司的脚掌一踏进约旦河水里，约旦河的水必被截断，那从上游流下来的水必立起成垒。”

他们把从埃及带出来的生面烘成了无酵的圆饼。这生面原是没有发过酵的，因为他们被驱逐离开埃及，所以不能停留，也没有为自己预备食粮。

水就停住了，那从上游流下来的水立起成垒，在很远的地方，就是在撒拉但旁边的亚当城那里停住；那往下流入亚拉巴海，就是盐海的水完全被截断；于是人民就在耶利哥的对面过了河。抬耶和华约柜的祭司在约旦河中间的干地上站住，等以色列众人都在干地上走过去，直到全国的人都完全走过了约旦河为止。

凡是你手可作的，都当尽力去作；因为在你所要去的阴间里，既没有工作，又没有筹谋；没有知识，也没有智慧。

他要站在以利亚撒祭司面前，以利亚撒要藉着乌陵的判断，在耶和华面前为他求问；他和以色列众人，就是全体会众，都要按着以利亚撒的命令出入。”于是，摩西照着耶和华吩咐他的去行；他把约书亚领来，叫他站在以利亚撒祭司和全体会众面前，按手在他头上，委派他，是照着耶和华藉摩西吩咐的。

所以，就像圣灵所说的：“如果你们今天听从他的声音，就不要硬着心，好像在旷野惹他发怒、试探他的日子一样；

所以主耶和华这样说：“看哪！我在锡安放置一块石头，是试验过的石头，是稳固的基石，宝贵的房角石；信靠的人，必不着急。

不要为明日自夸，因为今天要发生什么事，你尚且不知道。

摩西把这律法写好了，就交给抬耶和华约柜的利未支派的祭司子孙，和以色列的众长老。

我赶快谨守你的命令，不敢耽延。

因为他说：“在悦纳的时候，我应允了你；在拯救的日子，我帮助了你。”看哪！现在就是悦纳的时候，现在就是拯救的日子。
