The territory from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge, and from the town in the middle of the gorge, and the whole plateau past Medeba

Their territory starts at Aroer on the rim of the Arnon River valley. It includes the town in the middle of the valley. It includes all of the high plains near Medeba.

So their territory was from Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the tableland by Medeba;

Their territory extended from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Gorge( including the town in the middle of the gorge) to the plain beyond Medeba.

因為有火從希實本發出，有火焰從西宏的城冒出，燒燬了摩押的亞珥，亞嫩河丘壇的主。摩押啊，你有禍了！基抹的百姓啊，你們滅亡了！基抹的男子逃亡，女子被擄，交給了亞摩利王西宏。我們射了他們；希實本直到底本盡都毀滅。我們劫掠，直到挪法；這挪法直延到米底巴。

希實本和以利亞利呼喊，他們的聲音達到雅雜，所以摩押的士兵高聲喊叫，他們的心戰兢。

論摩押的默示。一夜之間，摩押的亞珥變為荒廢，歸於無有；一夜之間，摩押的基珥變為荒廢，歸於無有。摩押上到神廟和底本的丘壇去哭泣；它因尼波和米底巴哀號，各人頭上光禿，鬍鬚剃淨。

摩西把亞摩利王西宏的國和巴珊王噩的國，就是他們的國土和周圍的城鎮，都給了迦得子孫和呂便子孫，以及約瑟的兒子瑪拿西半個支派。迦得子孫建造了底本、亞他錄、亞羅珥、亞他錄‧朔反、雅謝、約比哈、伯‧寧拉、伯‧哈蘭，都是堅固城，並築有羊圈。呂便子孫建造了希實本、以利亞利、基列亭、尼波、巴力‧免（名字是改了的）、西比瑪；他們給建造的城另起別名。

因此，摩押人必為摩押哀號，人人都要哀號。你們要為吉珥‧哈列設的葡萄餅哀嘆，極其憂傷。因為希實本的田地和西比瑪的葡萄樹都衰殘了，列國的君主折斷它的枝幹，這枝子曾長到雅謝，延伸到曠野，嫩枝向外伸出，直伸過海；所以，我要為西比瑪的葡萄樹哀哭，像雅謝人一樣哀哭。希實本、以利亞利啊，我要以眼淚澆灌你，你因夏天果子和收割的莊稼，歡呼聲已經止息了。
