我要默想你的训诫，注目你的路途。

耶和华——我的磐石、我的救赎主啊，愿我口中的言语、心里的默想，在你面前蒙悦纳。

我儿啊，不要忘记我的法则，你的心要谨守我的诫命，

你们要让基督的话语丰丰富富地住在你们里面，要用一切的智慧彼此教导、劝诫，怀着感恩的心，以诗篇、圣诗、属灵的诗歌来歌颂神。

那领受我命令并遵守的人，就是爱我的。爱我的会蒙我父所爱，我也会爱他，并且会向他显明我自己。”

耶稣说：“那听了神的话语又遵守的人，才真是蒙福的！”

“因此，凡是听了我这些话而实行的人，就好比一个聪明的人把自己的房子建在磐石上。

你们要成为这话语的实行者，不要只成为听者而欺骗自己。因为，如果有人是这话语的听者，而不是实行者，这个人就像人对着镜子观看自己生来的面貌，看了就走开，立刻忘了自己是什么样子；但是详细察看那使人得自由的完美律法，并且继续持守的人，因他不是健忘的听者，而是行为的实行者，这个人就将要在他所行的事上蒙祝福。

我将你的话语珍藏在我心里，免得我对你犯罪。

我多么爱你的律法！我终日都在默想它。

这样的人是多么蒙福啊：他不从恶人的谋略，不站罪人的道路，不坐讥讽者的座位！他所喜悦的，就是耶和华的律法；耶和华的律法，他昼思夜想。他像一棵树，栽种在溪水旁，他的果实按时结出，他的叶子也不凋零，凡他所做的都会兴盛。

“不是每一个称呼我‘主啊，主啊’的人，都能进入天国；只有遵行我天父旨意的人，才能进去。

我儿啊，如果你接受我的言语，把我的诫命珍藏在你里面，使你的耳朵留心听智慧，使你的心专注聪慧；如果你向悟性呼求，向聪慧扬声，寻求她如同寻求银子，搜寻她如同搜寻宝藏；那么，你就会领悟什么是敬畏耶和华，并且寻得对神的认识；

义人的口，述说智慧；他的舌头，讲说公正。神的律法在他心里，他的步履不会摇摆。

你们既然明白这些事，如果去做，就蒙福了。

好人从他心里所存的善，发出善来；坏人从他心里所存的恶，发出恶来。

凡我所吩咐你们的，都教导他们遵守。看哪，我就天天都与你们同在，直到这世代的终结。”

这样，我就有话回应辱骂我的人，因为我依靠你的话语。求你让真理的话语总不离开我的口，因为我期盼你的法规。

我比我所有的教师更明达，因为我默想你的法度。

耶和华说：“至于我，我与他们所立的约就是：那在你身上的我的灵、我放在你口中的我的话，必不离开你的口，也不离开你后裔的口以及你后裔之后裔的口；从今直到永远！”这是耶和华说的。

任何坏话都不可出口，而是按着需要说造就人的好话，使听的人得到益处。

不要忽视在你里面的恩赐；这恩赐是藉着预言，随着长老们的按手赐给你的。你要思想这些事，投身其中，使你的长进在大家面前清清楚楚。你要留意自己和自己的教导，在这些事上要有恒心，因为这样做，不但能救你自己，也能救那些听从你的人。

我没有把你的公义掩藏在心里，我述说了你的信实和拯救，我没有向广大的会众隐瞒你的慈爱和信实。

“凡是洗净自己袍子，好使自己有权利到生命树那里，并且得以从城门进到城内的人——他们是蒙福的！
