God is wise and all-powerful. Who has opposed him and come out unharmed?

他心里有智慧，且大有能力。谁向神刚硬而得亨通呢？

祂充满智慧，能力无比，谁能抗拒祂还可平安无恙？

他心里有智慧，而且有极大的能力，有谁对他刚硬而平安无事呢？

他心裏有智慧，且大有能力。誰向神剛硬而得亨通呢？

他心裏有智慧，且大有能力。誰向上帝剛硬而得平安呢？

他心裏有智慧，且大有能力。誰向神剛硬而得平安呢？

祂充滿智慧，能力無比，誰能抗拒祂還可平安無恙？

他心裡有智慧，而且有極大的能力，有誰對他剛硬而平安無事呢？

他心裏有智慧，並且能力強大；誰向上帝強硬、還得安全呢？

其心明、其力強、自愎而敵之者、孰能亨通、

上帝具至智、有大能、違之者烏能得福。

天主心智力強、違之者孰可綏安、孰可綏安或作誰不受禍

His wisdom is profound, his power is vast. Who has resisted him and come out unscathed?

His wisdom is deep. His power is great. No one opposes him and comes away unharmed.

He is wise in heart and mighty in strength— who has hardened himself against him, and succeeded?—

For God is so wise and so mighty. Who has ever challenged him successfully?

Wise in heart and mighty in strength, Who has defied Him without harm?

God is wise in heart and mighty in strength. Who has hardened himself against Him and prospered?

He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: Who hath hardened himself against him, and prospered?—

God is wise and all-powerful. Who has opposed Him and come out unharmed?

[ He is] wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who hath hardened[ himself] against him, and hath prospered?

He is wise in heart and mighty in strength– who has resisted him and remained safe?

God who is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who has hardened himself against him and prospered?

Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us—

Yes, God is mighty, but he despises no one; he understands all things.

Now to him who is able to protect you from stumbling and to make you stand in the presence of his glory, without blemish and with great joy,to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority before all time, now and forever. Amen.

If it is a matter of strength, look, he is the powerful one! If it is a matter of justice, who can summon him?

One who becomes stiff-necked, after many reprimands will be shattered instantly— beyond recovery.

This is so that God’s multi-faceted wisdom may now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavens.

Look, God and his priests are with us at our head. The trumpets are ready to sound the charge against you. Israelites, don’t fight against the LORD God of your ancestors, for you will not succeed.”

and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the mighty working of his strength.

Oh, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments and untraceable his ways!

It would still bring me comfort, and I would leap for joy in unrelenting pain that I have not denied the words of the Holy One.

He would show you the secrets of wisdom, for true wisdom has two sides. Know then that God has chosen to overlook some of your iniquity.

He made the heavens skillfully. His faithful love endures forever.

But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”At that time my sanity returned to me, and my majesty and splendor returned to me for the glory of my kingdom. My advisers and my nobles sought me out, I was reestablished over my kingdom, and even more greatness came to me.Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt, and glorify the King of the heavens, because all his works are true and his ways are just. He is able to humble those who walk in pride.

Wisdom and strength belong to God; counsel and understanding are his.

But when his heart was exalted and his spirit became arrogant, he was deposed from his royal throne and his glory was taken from him.He was driven away from people, his mind was like an animal’s, he lived with the wild donkeys, he was fed grass like cattle, and his body was drenched with dew from the sky until he acknowledged that the Most High God is ruler over human kingdoms and sets anyone he wants over them.“ But you his successor, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, even though you knew all this.Instead, you have exalted yourself against the Lord of the heavens. The vessels from his house were brought to you, and as you and your nobles, wives, and concubines drank wine from them, you praised the gods made of silver and gold, bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or understand. But you have not glorified the God who holds your life-breath in his hand and who controls the whole course of your life.Therefore, he sent the hand, and this writing was inscribed.“ This is the writing that was inscribed: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, and PARSIN.This is the interpretation of the message:‘ Mene’ means that God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end.‘ Tekel’ means that you have been weighed on the balance and found deficient.‘ Peres’ means that your kingdom has been divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”Then Belshazzar gave an order, and they clothed Daniel in purple, placed a gold chain around his neck, and issued a proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.That very night Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans was killed,

As for me, I am going to harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them, and I will receive glory by means of Pharaoh, all his army, and his chariots and horsemen.The Egyptians will know that I am the LORD when I receive glory through Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”

Do you have an arm like God’s? Can you thunder with a voice like his?

For this time I am about to send all my plagues against you, your officials, and your people. Then you will know there is no one like me on the whole earth.By now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people with a plague, and you would have been obliterated from the earth.However, I have let you live for this purpose: to show you my power and to make my name known on the whole earth.You are still acting arrogantly against my people by not letting them go.

and declared: May the name of God be praised forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to him.

He wanders about for food, asking,“ Where is it?” He knows the day of darkness is at hand.Trouble and distress terrify him, overwhelming him like a king prepared for battle.For he has stretched out his hand against God and has arrogantly opposed the Almighty.He rushes headlong at him with his thick, studded shields.Though his face is covered with fat and his waistline bulges with it,

Or are we provoking the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?

that he richly poured out on us with all wisdom and understanding.

Happy is the one who is always reverent, but one who hardens his heart falls into trouble.

How countless are your works, LORD! In wisdom you have made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.
