Who has given me anything that I need to pay back? Everything under heaven is mine.

Who has a claim against me that I must pay? Everything under heaven belongs to me.

Who has first given to me, that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heaven is mine.

Who confronted me, that I should repay him? Everything under heaven belongs to me.

Who has been first to give to Me, that I should repay him? Whatever is under the entire heaven is Mine.

Who has preceded Me, that I should pay him? Everything under heaven is Mine.

Who hath first given unto me, that I should repay him? Whatsoever is under the whole heaven is mine.

Who confronted Me, that I should repay him? Everything under heaven belongs to Me.

Who hath prevented me, that I should repay[ him? whatsoever is] under the whole heaven is mine.

Who has first given to me, that I should repay him? Everything under the heavens is mine.

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.

And who has given him so much that he needs to pay it back?

Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the peoples on earth; for all the earth belongs to me.

“ Look, the highest heavens and the earth and everything in it all belong to the Lord your God.

If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for all the world is mine and everything in it.

For“ the earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”

If you are good, is this some great gift to him? What could you possibly give him?

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.Wealth and honor come from you alone, for you rule over everything. Power and might are in your hand, and at your discretion people are made great and given strength.“ O our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name!But who am I, and who are my people, that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us!

The heavens belong to the Lord, but he has given the earth to all humanity.

( But suppose someone tells you,“ This meat was offered to an idol.” Don’t eat it, out of consideration for the conscience of the one who told you.

“ Can a person do anything to help God? Can even a wise person be helpful to him?Is it any advantage to the Almighty if you are righteous? Would it be any gain to him if you were perfect?

You welcomed him back with success and prosperity. You placed a crown of finest gold on his head.
