This is the portion of a wicked man with God, And the heritage of oppressors, which they receive from the Almighty:

“神为恶人所定的份，强暴人从全能者所得的报乃是这样：

“这是神为恶人所定的份，残暴人从全能者所得的产业：

“以下是上帝给恶人定的结局，全能者赐给残暴之徒的归宿。

这是恶人从神所得的分，强暴的人从全能者所得的业。

神為惡人所定的分，強暴人從全能者所得的報乃是這樣：

「以下是上帝給惡人定的結局，全能者賜給殘暴之徒的歸宿。

這是惡人從神所得的分，強暴的人從全能者所得的業。

『惡人在上帝那裏所有的分兒、強橫人從全能者所得的產業乃是以下這樣：

惡人由上帝所受之分、強暴者由全能者所得之業、

爾曰、全能之上帝、報惡人、罰強暴、

天主為惡人所定之罰、強暴人由全能之主所得之報、今將言之、

“ Here’s what God does to sinful people. Here’s what those who are mean receive from the Mighty One.

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage that oppressors receive from the Almighty:

“ This is what the wicked will receive from God; this is their inheritance from the Almighty.

This is a wicked man’s lot from God, the inheritance the ruthless receive from the Almighty.

“ This is the portion of a wicked person from God, And the inheritance which tyrants receive from the Almighty:

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, And the heritage of oppressors, received from the Almighty:

This is a wicked man’s lot from God, the inheritance the ruthless receive from the Almighty.

This[ is] the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors,[ which] they shall receive of the Almighty.

This is the portion of the wicked man allotted by God, the inheritance that evildoers receive from the Almighty.

“ This is the portion of a wicked man with God, the heritage of oppressors, which they receive from the Almighty.

For he hath oppressed and forsaken the poor; He hath violently taken away a house, and he shall not build it up.Because he knew no quietness within him, He shall not save aught of that wherein he delighteth.There was nothing left that he devoured not; Therefore his prosperity shall not endure.In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits: The hand of every one that is in misery shall come upon him.When he is about to fill his belly, God will cast the fierceness of his wrath upon him, And will rain it upon him while he is eating.He shall flee from the iron weapon, And the bow of brass shall strike him through.He draweth it forth, and it cometh out of his body; Yea, the glittering point cometh out of his gall: Terrors are upon him.All darkness is laid up for his treasures: A fire not blown by man shall devour him; It shall consume that which is left in his tent.The heavens shall reveal his iniquity, And the earth shall rise up against him.The increase of his house shall depart; His goods shall flow away in the day of his wrath.This is the portion of a wicked man from God, And the heritage appointed unto him by God.

Because of the oppression of the poor, because of the sighing of the needy, Now will I arise, saith Jehovah; I will set him in the safety he panteth for.

the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment unto the day of judgment;

The wicked man travaileth with pain all his days, Even the number of years that are laid up for the oppressor.A sound of terrors is in his ears; In prosperity the destroyer shall come upon him.He believeth not that he shall return out of darkness, And he is waited for of the sword.He wandereth abroad for bread, saying, Where is it? He knoweth that the day of darkness is ready at his hand.Distress and anguish make him afraid; They prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.Because he hath stretched out his hand against God, And behaveth himself proudly against the Almighty;He runneth upon him with a stiff neck, With the thick bosses of his bucklers;Because he hath covered his face with his fatness, And gathered fat upon his loins;And he hath dwelt in desolate cities, In houses which no man inhabited, Which were ready to become heaps;He shall not be rich, neither shall his substance continue, Neither shall their possessions be extended on the earth.He shall not depart out of darkness; The flame shall dry up his branches, And by the breath of God’s mouth shall he go away.Let him not trust in vanity, deceiving himself; For vanity shall be his recompense.It shall be accomplished before his time, And his branch shall not be green.He shall shake off his unripe grape as the vine, And shall cast off his flower as the olive- tree.For the company of the godless shall be barren, And fire shall consume the tents of bribery.They conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity, And their heart prepareth deceit.

Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him; for what his hands have done shall be done unto him.

And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against the false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the sojourner from his right, and fear not me, saith Jehovah of hosts.

Is it not calamity to the unrighteous, And disaster to the workers of iniquity?

Upon the wicked he will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind shall be the portion of their cup.

Behold, the hire of the laborers who mowed your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth out: and the cries of them that reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.Ye have lived delicately on the earth, and taken your pleasure; ye have nourished your hearts in a day of slaughter.Ye have condemned, ye have killed the righteous one; he doth not resist you.

Rob not the poor, because he is poor; Neither oppress the afflicted in the gate:For Jehovah will plead their cause, And despoil of life those that despoil them.

but it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.
