他豈用大能與我爭辯嗎？必不這樣！他必理會我。

他豈用大能與我爭辯呢？不！他必理會我。

難道他是用大權勢同我爭辯麼？不！他一定留心聽我。

彼豈以其大能與我爭乎、非也、必俞允我、

彼必不以大能責我、反加體恤。

主豈以大能與我爭乎、非也、反必眷顧我、

Would he vigorously oppose me? No, he would not press charges against me.

Would he strongly oppose me? No. He wouldn’t bring charges against me.

Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? No; he would pay attention to me.

Would he use his great power to argue with me? No, he would give me a fair hearing.

Would he prosecute me forcefully? No, he would certainly pay attention to me.

Would He contend with me by the greatness of His power? No, surely He would pay attention to me.

Would He contend with me in His great power? No! But He would take note of me.

Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? Nay; but he would give heed unto me.

Would He prosecute me forcefully? No, He will certainly pay attention to me.

Will he plead against me with[ his] great power? No; but he would put[ strength] in me.

Would he contend with me with great power? No, he would only pay attention to me.

Would he contend with me in the greatness of his power? No, but he would listen to me.

我們中間沒有聽訟的人可以向我們兩造按手。願他把杖離開我，不使驚惶威嚇我。

就是把你的手縮回，遠離我身；又不使你的驚惶威嚇我。

我必帶你們到外邦人的曠野，在那裏當面刑罰你們。

你打發他們去，是相機宜與他們相爭；颳東風的日子，就用暴風將他們逐去。

我呼求的日子，你就應允我，鼓勵我，使我心裏有能力。

他心裏有智慧，且大有能力。誰向神剛硬而得亨通呢？

他對我說：「我的恩典夠你用的，因為我的能力是在人的軟弱上顯得完全。」所以，我更喜歡誇自己的軟弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。我為基督的緣故，就以軟弱、凌辱、急難、逼迫、困苦為可喜樂的；因我甚麼時候軟弱，甚麼時候就剛強了。

主耶和華說：「我指着我的永生起誓，我總要作王，用大能的手和伸出來的膀臂，並傾出來的忿怒，治理你們。

若論力量，他真有能力！若論審判，他說誰能將我傳來呢？

我心中不存忿怒。惟願荊棘蒺藜與我交戰，我就勇往直前，把它一同焚燒。
