For the wicked are reserved for the day of doom; They shall be brought out on the day of wrath.

即惡人於患難之日獲免、在震怒之時得脫、

其言曰、為惡之人、亦蒙矜憫、死之日友朋送喪。

患難之日、惡人得免、天主降災之時、惡人得脫、天主降災之時惡人得脫又作報應未及之先彼已舁至墳墓

that the wicked are spared from the day of calamity, that they are delivered from the day of wrath?

They’ll tell you that sinful people are spared from the day of trouble. They’ll say that those people are saved from the day when God will judge.

that the evil man is spared in the day of calamity, that he is rescued in the day of wrath?

Evil people are spared in times of calamity and are allowed to escape disaster.

Indeed, the evil person is spared from the day of disaster, rescued from the day of wrath.

For the wicked person is spared a day of disaster; They are led away from a day of fury.

That the evil man is reserved to the day of calamity? That they are led forth to the day of wrath?

That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.

that the evil man is spared from the day of his misfortune, that he is delivered from the day of God’s wrath?

that the evil man is reserved to the day of calamity, That they are led out to the day of wrath?

The Lord has made all for Himself, Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.

then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment,and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries,whereas angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord.But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption,and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing in their own deceptions while they feast with you,having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children.They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;but he was rebuked for his iniquity: a dumb donkey speaking with a man’s voice restrained the madness of the prophet.These are wells without water, clouds carried by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

The increase of his house will depart, And his goods will flow away in the day of His wrath.

Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, But righteousness delivers from death.

God is jealous, and the Lord avenges; The Lord avenges and is furious. The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies;

That day is a day of wrath, A day of trouble and distress, A day of devastation and desolation, A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness,

For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

The Lord is at Your right hand; He shall execute kings in the day of His wrath.

But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
