That you turn your spirit against God, and let such words go out of your mouth?

使你的灵反对神，也任你的口发这言语？

以致你的灵反对上帝，你的口说出这样的言语呢？

以致你的灵反对神，你的口说出这样的言语呢？

以致你向上帝发怒，口出恶言？

以致你的心灵转过来抗拒神，从你的口中竟发出这样的话？

使你的靈反對神，也任你的口發這言語？

以致你的靈反對上帝，你的口說出這樣的言語呢？

以致你的靈反對神，你的口說出這樣的言語呢？

以致你向上帝發怒，口出惡言？

以致你的心靈轉過來抗拒神，從你的口中竟發出這樣的話？

以致你的氣針對着上帝，而讓你的口發出這樣的話語呢？

致爾專心逆上帝、任口出言詞、

心逆上帝、口述妄言。

爾竟向天主發怒、口出妄言、

so that you vent your rage against God and pour out such words from your mouth?

Why do you get so angry with God? Why do words like those pour out of your mouth?

that you turn your spirit against God and bring such words out of your mouth?

that you turn against God and say all these evil things?

as you turn your anger against God and allow such words to leave your mouth?

That you can turn your spirit against God And produce such words from your mouth?

That you turn your spirit against God, And let such words go out of your mouth?

That against God thou turnest thy spirit, And lettest words go out of thy mouth?

as you turn your anger against God and allow such words to leave your mouth?

when you turn your rage against God and allow such words to escape from your mouth?

For we all stumble in many things. Anyone who doesn’t stumble in word is a perfect person, able to bridle the whole body also.Indeed, we put bits into the horses’ mouths so that they may obey us, and we guide their whole body.Behold, the ships also, though they are so big and are driven by fierce winds, are yet guided by a very small rudder, wherever the pilot desires.So the tongue is also a little member, and boasts great things. See how a small fire can spread to a large forest!And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna.

Because he has stretched out his hand against God, and behaves himself proudly against the Almighty,he runs at him with a stiff neck, with the thick shields of his bucklers,because he has covered his face with his fatness, and gathered fat on his thighs.

God who is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who has hardened himself against him and prospered?

Is it good to you that you should oppress, that you should despise the work of your hands, and smile on the counsel of the wicked?

Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.

because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be.Those who are in the flesh can’t please God.

The tents of robbers prosper. Those who provoke God are secure, who carry their god in their hands.

“ Your words have been stout against me,” says Yahweh.“ Yet you say,‘ What have we spoken against you?’

If anyone among you thinks himself to be religious while he doesn’t bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man’s religion is worthless.
