爾為上帝出妄語、言詭詞乎、

爾既明上帝降罰之故、代為剖析、豈可妄辭、豈可譫語、豈可偏視。

爾為天主出妄言乎、為天主出誕語乎、

Will you speak wickedly on God’s behalf? Will you speak deceitfully for him?

Will you say evil things in order to help God? Will you tell lies for him?

Will you speak falsely for God and speak deceitfully for him?

“ Are you defending God with lies? Do you make your dishonest arguments for his sake?

Would you testify unjustly on God’s behalf or speak deceitfully for him?

Will you speak what is unjust for God, And speak what is deceitful for Him?

Will you speak wickedly for God, And talk deceitfully for Him?

Will ye speak unrighteously for God, And talk deceitfully for him?

But if our unrighteousness brings out God’s righteousness more clearly, what shall we say? That God is unjust in bringing his wrath on us?( I am using a human argument.)Certainly not! If that were so, how could God judge the world?Someone might argue,“ If my falsehood enhances God’s truthfulness and so increases his glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?”Why not say— as some slanderously claim that we say—“ Let us do evil that good may result”? Their condemnation is just! (niv)
