Yet these things you hid in your heart; I know that this was your purpose.

「『但你心中藏著計劃，我知道你早有此意，

這些事你都藏在你的心裡，我知道這是你的旨意。

但以下你待我的辦法早已藏於你心裏；我知道這是存於你的旨意：

然爾有意、久蓄於衷、我所知也、

然爾欲苦我之意、蓄於中已久。

然主以此諸災降於我、或作我遭此諸災久藏於主心、我知主有此意久矣、

“ But this is what you concealed in your heart, and I know that this was in your mind:

“‘ But here’s what you hid in your heart. Here’s what you had on your mind.

“‘ Yet your real motive— your true intent—

“ Yet you concealed these thoughts in your heart; I know that this was your hidden plan:

Yet You have concealed these things in Your heart; I know that this is within You:

‘ And these things You have hidden in Your heart; I know that this was with You:

Yet these things thou didst hide in thy heart; I know that this is with thee:

“ Yet You concealed these thoughts in Your heart; I know that this was Your hidden plan:

And these[ things] hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this[ is] with thee.

“ But these things you have concealed in your heart; I know that this is with you:

Yet you hid these things in your heart. I know that this is with you:

But he is unchangeable, and who can turn him back? What he desires, that he does.

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

For there is a time and a way for everything, although man’s trouble lies heavy on him.For he does not know what is to be, for who can tell him how it will be?

“‘ See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god beside me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand.

I form light and create darkness; I make well-being and create calamity; I am the Lord, who does all these things.

This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord,

on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him; he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him.

remember the former things of old; for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me,declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying,‘ My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed, and I will do it.

Who has spoken and it came to pass, unless the Lord has commanded it?

Truly, you are a God who hides himself, O God of Israel, the Savior.
