“ Where is this man?” they asked him.“ I don’t know,” he said.

And they said to him,“ Where is He?” He* said,“ I do not know.”

Then they said to him,“ Where is He?” He said,“ I do not know.”

And they said unto him, Where is he? He saith, I know not.

“ Where is He?” they asked.“ I don’t know,” he said.

Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.

They said to him,“ Where is that man?” He replied,“ I don’t know.”

Then they asked him,“ Where is he?” He said,“ I don’t know.”

But he replied,“ The man who made me well said to me,‘ Pick up your mat and walk.’”So they asked him,“ Who is this fellow who told you to pick it up and walk?”The man who was healed had no idea who it was, for Jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there. (niv)

When the girls returned to Reuel their father, he asked them,“ Why have you returned so early today?”They answered,“ An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds. He even drew water for us and watered the flock.”“ And where is he?” Reuel asked his daughters.“ Why did you leave him? Invite him to have something to eat.” (niv)

Now at the festival the Jewish leaders were watching for Jesus and asking,“ Where is he?” (niv)
