有些法利赛人前来试探耶稣，说：“无论出于什么缘故，人是否可以休妻呢？”

撕裂有时，缝合有时；静默有时，说话有时；

耶稣看出他们的恶意，就说：“你们这些伪善的人！为什么试探我呢？

我们也不可试探基督，像他们中的有些人试探了，结果就被蛇所灭。

耶稣一句话也不回应，他的门徒们上前来求他，说：“这妇人一直跟在我们后面喊叫，请让她走吧。”

耶稣从那里出来，法利赛人和经文士们就开始激烈地敌视他，还盘问他许多问题，暗中等机会，要从他的口中抓住把柄。

犹大是个小狮子；我儿啊，你猎食而归，屈身蹲伏，躺如公狮，卧如母狮，谁敢惊动你？

于是，他们密切注意，派了一些奸细装做好人，要抓耶稣的话柄，好把他交在总督的管理和权柄之下。那些奸细问耶稣，说：“老师，我们知道你所说所教导的都是对的，你也不顾人的情面，而是按真理教导神的道。请问：我们向凯撒纳税，可以不可以呢？”耶稣看出他们的诡诈，就对他们说：

“看哪，我差派你们出去，就像把羊送进狼群中，所以你们要像蛇那样聪明，像鸽子那样纯洁。

那些寻索我命的设下圈套，那些寻机加害我的口吐威吓，他们终日思想诡计。至于我，我就像耳聋的不能听见，像哑巴不能开口。我就像是一个不能听见、口中也无法辩论的人。

有些法利赛人前来试探耶稣，问他：“人是否可以休妻呢？”

有些法利赛人出来，开始和耶稣辩论。他们试探耶稣，向他要求一个从天上来的神迹。

他们当中有一个是律法师，来试探耶稣，问他：

过路人卷入与自己无关的争辩，就如人去揪住狗的耳朵。

有些法利赛人和撒都该人前来试探耶稣，要求他把一个从天上来的神迹显给他们看。

耶稣却沉默不语。大祭司又对他说：“我命令你指着永生的神起誓，告诉我们你是不是基督——神的儿子？”

那时，忽然有人的手指头出现，在灯台对面王宫的粉墙上写字。王看到那正在写字的手，

清晨，耶稣又来到圣殿，全体民众到他那里，他就坐下，开始教导他们。

我说：“我要谨守我的道路，免得犯口舌之罪。恶人还在我面前的时候，我要用笼套约束我的口。”

另有些人试探耶稣，向他要求一个从天上来的神迹。

耶稣看出他们的假意，就对他们说：“你们为什么试探我呢？拿一个银币来给我看。”
