蓋我父之意、欲使凡見子而信之者、咸獲永生；而令予復活之於末日也。』

For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

My Father wants all who look to the Son and believe in him to have eternal life. I will raise them up on the last day.”

Yahweh has made his holy arm bare in the eyes of all the nations. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, Yahweh? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Savior. There is no one besides me.“ Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.

The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

for my eyes have seen your salvation,

This is the promise which he promised us, the eternal life.

The testimony is this, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.He who has the Son has the life. He who doesn’t have God’s Son doesn’t have the life.These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day. He saw it, and was glad.”

For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no good looks or majesty. When we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

even as you gave him authority over all flesh, so he will give eternal life to all whom you have given him.

Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.But I told you that you have seen me, and yet you don’t believe.All those whom the Father gives me will come to me. He who comes to me I will in no way throw out.

Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.
