耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你们，你们找我，不是因为看见了神迹，而是因为吃了饼又吃饱了。

耶穌應曰：『予切實語爾、爾等追求於予、非為曾見靈蹟、乃為食餅而飽耳。

Jesus answered,“ Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill.

Jesus answered,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. You are not looking for me because you saw the signs I did. You are looking for me because you ate the loaves until you were full.

Jesus answered them,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, you are seeking me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves.

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the truth, you want to be with me because I fed you, not because you understood the miraculous signs.

Jesus answered,“ Truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate the loaves and were filled.

Jesus answered them and said,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate some of the loaves and were filled.

因为大家只顾自己的事，而不理耶稣基督的事。

你们求也得不到，因为你们的动机不良，要把所得的耗费在你们的私欲上。淫乱的人哪，你们不知道与世俗为友，就是与神为敌吗？所以与世俗为友的，就成了神的仇敌。

因为这样的人不服事我们的主基督，只服事自己的肚腹，用花言巧语欺骗老实人的心。

那时他们才相信他的话，唱歌赞美他。可是他们很快就忘记了他的作为，不仰望他的意旨，反而在旷野大起贪欲，在沙漠试探神。

他们的结局是灭亡，他们的神是自己的肚腹，他们以自己的羞辱为荣耀，所思想的都是地上的事。

他们的心对他不坚定，也不忠于和他所立的约。

他们成群来到你那里，坐在你面前，象是我的子民一样。其实他们听了你的话，却不去行；他们只是用口表示爱慕，他们的心却是追随不义之财。

就和那些心术败坏，丧失真理的人不断地争吵。他们视敬虔为得利的门路。

西门看见使徒一按手，就有圣灵赐下来，就拿钱给他们，说：“请把这权柄也给我，叫我为谁按手，谁就可以受圣灵。”彼得对他说：“你的银子跟你一同灭亡吧！因为你以为神的恩赐，是可以用钱买的。你和这件事是毫无关系的，因为你在神面前存心不正。

有一大群人，因为看见了他在病人身上所行的神迹，就跟随了他。

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。

耶稣回答：“我实实在在告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。”

耶稣知道群众要来强迫他作王，就独自又退到山上去了。

群众见耶稣和门徒都不在那里，就上船往迦百农去找耶稣。

我实实在在告诉你们，信的人有永生。

然而你们中间却有不信的人。”原来从起初耶稣就知道那些不信的是谁，那要把他出卖的又是谁。

于是他们就说：“你要行什么神迹，让我们看了就信你呢？你到底能作什么呢？

耶稣就对他们说：“我实实在在告诉你们，你们若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就没有生命在你们里面。
