耶穌告訴他：“回去吧，你的兒子好了。”那人信耶穌對他說的話，就回去了。

“ Go,” Jesus replied,“ your son will live.” The man took Jesus at his word and departed.

“ Go,” Jesus replied.“ Your son will live.” The man believed what Jesus said, and so he left.

Jesus said to him,“ Go; your son will live.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went on his way.

Then Jesus told him,“ Go back home. Your son will live!” And the man believed what Jesus said and started home.

“ Go,” Jesus told him,“ your son will live.” The man believed what Jesus said to him and departed.

Jesus* said to him,“ Go; your son is alive.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went home.

Jesus said to him,“ Go your way; your son lives.” So the man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way.

於是耶穌對百夫長說：“回去吧！事情必照你所信的給你成就。”他的僕人就在那時痊愈了。

他看見了，就對他們說：“你們去給祭司檢查吧。”他們去的時候就潔淨了。

他聽保羅講道；保羅注視他，見他有信心，可以治好，就大聲說：“你起來，兩腳站直！”他就跳起來，並且走起路來。

耶穌對他說：“‘如果你能’（“如果你能”有些抄本作“你若能信”）—對於信的人，甚麼都能！”孩子的父親立刻喊著說：“我信！但我的信心不夠，求你幫助我。”

以利亞對她說：“不要懼怕，照著你所說的去作吧，不過要先為我做一個小餅，拿出來給我，然後才為你自己和兒子做餅。因為耶和華以色列的神這樣說：‘缸裡的麵粉必不會用完，瓶裡的油決不會短缺，直等到耶和華降雨在地面上的日子。’”她就去照著以利亞所說的作了。她和以利亞，以及她的家人，吃了許多日子。

亞伯拉罕認定，神能使人從死人中復活，因此，就喻意說，他的確從死裡得回他的兒子。

耶穌對她說：“就憑這句話，你回去吧，鬼已經從你女兒身上出去了。”她回到家裡，看見小孩子躺在床上，鬼已經出去了。

也沒有因著不信而疑惑神的應許，反倒堅信不移，把榮耀歸給神，滿心相信神所應許的，神必能成就。

耶穌說：“我不是對你說過‘如果你信，就必定看見神的榮耀’嗎？”
