有一个会堂主管，名叫叶鲁，来俯伏在耶稣脚前，求耶稣到他家里去，

过了些日子，耶稣又进了迦百农。人听说他在屋里，于是许多人聚集，甚至连门前都没有空地；耶稣就对他们讲道。有人带着一个瘫子来见耶稣，是由四个人抬来的；

他听见是拿撒勒的耶稣，就喊了起来，说：“大卫之子耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”

吕大原与约帕相近；门徒听见彼得在那里，就派两个人去见他，央求他说：“请快到我们那里去，不要耽延。”
