约瑟买了细麻布，把耶稣取下，用细麻布裹好，安放在一个从磐石凿出来的坟墓里，又辊过一块石头来挡住墓门。

礼拜日大清早的时候，妇女们带着预备好的香料，来到坟墓那里，发现石头已经从坟墓辊开了，就进去，却找不着主耶稣的身体。她们正为此事猜疑的时候，忽然有两个人，穿着闪烁耀目的衣服，站在她们旁边。她们害怕，把脸伏在地上。那两个人对她们说：“为什么在死人中找活人呢？他不在这里，已经复活了。你们应当记得他还在加利利的时候，怎样告诉你们，说：‘人子必须被交在罪人手里，钉在十字架上，第三日复活。’”她们就想起他的话，于是从坟地回去，把这一切事告诉十一个使徒和其余的人。那些妇女就是抹大拉的马利亚，约亚拿和雅各的母亲马利亚，以及其他在一起的妇女，她们把这些事向使徒说了。

礼拜日的清早，耶稣复活了，先向抹大拉的马利亚显现，耶稣曾经从她身上赶出七个鬼。

过了八天，门徒又在屋子里，多马也和他们在一起。门户都关上了。耶稣来了，站在他们中间，说：“愿你们平安。”

站在耶稣十字架旁边的，有他母亲和他母亲的姊妹，还有高罗巴的妻子马利亚，和抹大拉的马利亚。

抹大拉的马利亚就去，向门徒报信说：“我已经看见主了！”她又把主对她所说的话告诉他们。礼拜日黄昏的时候，门徒聚在一起，因为怕犹太人，就把门户都关上。耶稣来了，站在他们中间，说：“愿你们平安。”

所以请你下令把坟墓严密看守，直到第三天，免得他的门徒来把他偷去，然后对民众说：‘他从死人中复活了。’这样，日后的骗局比起初的就更大了。”彼拉多对他们说：“你们带着卫兵，尽你们所能的去严密看守吧。”他们就去把墓前的石封好，又派卫兵把守，严密地守住坟墓。过了安息日，在礼拜日天亮的时候，抹大拉的马利亚和另一个马利亚来看坟墓。忽然，地震得很厉害；主的使者从天上下来，把石头辊开，坐在上面。他的样子好像闪电，衣服洁白如雪。看守的人因为害怕他，就浑身战抖，好像死了一样。那使者对妇女们说：“你们不要怕，我知道你们在找被钉十字架的耶稣。他不在这里，已经照他所说的复活了。你们来看安放他的地方吧。快去告诉他的门徒：‘他已经从死人中复活了。他会比你们先到加利利去，你们在那里必看见他。’现在我已经告诉你们了。”她们立刻离开坟墓，又害怕，又十分欢喜，跑去告诉耶稣的门徒。忽然，耶稣向她们迎面而来，说：“你们好。”她们就上前，抱住他的脚拜他。耶稣对她们说：“不要怕，去告诉我的弟兄，叫他们到加利利去，他们在那里必看见我。”

过了安息日，抹大拉的马利亚、雅各的母亲马利亚和撒罗米，买了香膏，要去膏耶稣。礼拜日的大清早，出太阳的时候，她们就来到坟墓那里，彼此说：“谁可以给我们辊开墓门的石头呢？”原来那块石头非常大，她们抬头一看，却见石头已经辊开了。她们进了坟墓，看见一位身穿白袍的青年，坐在右边，就非常惊恐。

有一个主日，我在灵里，听见在我后边有一个大声音，好像号筒的响声，

每逢七日的第一日，你们各人要按着自己的收入抽一些出来留着，免得我来的时候才现凑。

礼拜日，我们聚会擘饼的时候，保罗对大家讲道，他因第二天就要起行，就一直讲到半夜。
