When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment:

And when he comes, he will prove the world wrong concerning sin and righteousness and judgment–

to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (niv)

But if an unbeliever or an inquirer comes in while everyone is prophesying, they are convicted of sin and are brought under judgment by all, (niv)

Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? (niv)
