即有所判、亦靡有不真、蓋予不孤、遣予之父、實與予偕、

耶穌謂其徒曰：『今夜爾曹咸將不能自持而傾蹶矣、正如經之所云：「予擊牧者、群羊四散。」

然此亦所以應驗先知所紀耳。』至是、門徒盡離耶穌、奔逃四散矣。

天主神也、故禮之者亦宜以神與誠禮之耳。』

我首次提審時、竟無一人為我辯護；同人皆紛紛棄我而去。願主曲恕其行。當時惟主佑我、充我以大無畏精神、俾我猶克從容布道於異邦人、且竟能安然脫出獅口。

惟汝輩不知所拜、吾儕則知所拜、以救恩出自猶太人故。

至是眾徒皆棄之而遁。

予向以譬喻教爾、惟時即至、予將不復設譬、必欲明白曉暢、以父示爾。

二徒歸、

自此耶路撒冷教會受迫益甚；宗徒而外、盡散處猶太沙瑪里各地。

人將開除爾等教籍；屆時、殺爾者、且將自以為盡忠於天主矣！

爾豈不信予之在父、父之在予乎？予所授爾之訓、非予自言之也、實父寓於予、躬行其道耳。爾等當憑吾言而信予之在父、父之在予也；

予切實語爾、時將屆矣、今即是也、死者當聞天主聖子之音、而聞之者咸得生焉。

耶穌對曰：『人子見榮之日至矣、

慎勿以此為怪、蓋時有必至、凡在墓中者當聞厥音而興、
