Thomas said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”

多馬曰、主、爾所往、我且不知、焉知其途乎、

多馬曰、主往之所、我儕且不知、況其途乎、

多瑪曰、主往之所、我儕不知、何能知其途乎、

多默曰：『主乎、吾儕既不知爾之所往、又焉能識其途哉？』

Thomas said to him,“ Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

Thomas said to him,“ Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?”

“ No, we don’t know, Lord,” Thomas said.“ We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

“ Lord,” Thomas said,“ we don’t know where you’re going. How can we know the way?”

Thomas* said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going; how do we know the way?”

Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; how know we the way?

“ Lord,” Thomas said,“ we don’t know where You’re going. How can we know the way?”

Then Thomas, who is called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples,“ Let us also go, that we may die with Him.”

This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

He answered him and said,“ O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me.”

of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

Then He said to them,“ O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them,“ Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said,“ Peace to you!”Then He said to Thomas,“ Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”And Thomas answered and said to Him,“ My Lord and my God!”
