錫安女勿懼、爾王來、乘驢駒也、

如經云、郇之女勿懼、王來兮、乘驢駒、

「西溫女、莫驚惶！伊人來兮、爾之王！爾王安坐驢駒上！」

“ Do not be afraid, Daughter Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.”

“ City of Zion, do not be afraid. See, your king is coming. He is sitting on a donkey’s colt.”( Zechariah 9:9)

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is righteous and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth: Say to the daughter of Zion,“ Behold, your salvation is coming; Behold His reward is with Him, and His compensation before Him.”

On that day it will be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not be afraid, Zion; Do not let your hands fall limp.The Lord your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior. He will rejoice over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.

For behold, I am going to wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the Lord of armies has sent Me.Shout for joy and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” declares the Lord.“ And many nations will join themselves to the Lord on that day and will become My people. And the king said to Ziba,“ Why do you have these?” And Ziba said,“ The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride, the bread and summer fruit are for the young men to eat, and the wine, for whoever is weary in the wilderness to drink.”

And the king said to them,“ Take with you the servants of your lord, and have my son Solomon ride on my own mule, and bring him down to Gihon.

You who ride on white donkeys, You who sit on rich carpets, And you who travel on the road— shout in praise!
