For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.

In him was life, and the life was the light of men.

One who believes in the Son has eternal life, but one who disobeys the Son won’t see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”

The testimony is this, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.He who has the Son has the life. He who doesn’t have God’s Son doesn’t have the life.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.

If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness.But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom he desires.

This is the will of my Father who sent me, that of all he has given to me I should lose nothing, but should raise him up at the last day.This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Your dead shall live. My dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust; for your dew is like the dew of herbs, and the earth will cast out the departed spirits.

But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives. In the end, he will stand upon the earth.After my skin is destroyed, then I will see God in my flesh,whom I, even I, will see on my side. My eyes will see, and not as a stranger.“ My heart is consumed within me.

For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.

For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.

Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

The rest of the dead didn’t live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away.”

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return.But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you will see me. Because I live, you will live also.

For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.For most certainly in this we groan, longing to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven,if indeed being clothed, we will not be found naked.For indeed we who are in this tent do groan, being burdened, not that we desire to be unclothed, but that we desire to be clothed, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.Now he who made us for this very thing is God, who also gave to us the down payment of the Spirit.Therefore we are always confident and know that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord;for we walk by faith, not by sight.We are courageous, I say, and are willing rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death,

Lord, men live by these things; and my spirit finds life in all of them: you restore me, and cause me to live.

and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, to which we are witnesses.

For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.

That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we saw, and our hands touched, concerning the Word of life( and the life was revealed, and we have seen, and testify, and declare to you the life, the eternal life, which was with the Father, and was revealed to us);

For as the Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself.

But I am hard pressed between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.

For with you is the spring of life. In your light we will see light.

For if by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; so much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, Jesus Christ.So then as through one trespass, all men were condemned; even so through one act of righteousness, all men were justified to life.For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.

Jesus said to him,“ Assuredly I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”

The Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” He who hears, let him say,“ Come!” He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely.

Jesus said to him,“ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are also. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them.I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works.Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

He showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.So also it is written,“ The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life- giving spirit.However that which is spiritual isn’t first, but that which is natural, then that which is spiritual.The first man is of the earth, made of dust. The second man is the Lord from heaven.As is the one made of dust, such are those who are also made of dust; and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.As we have borne the image of those made of dust, let’s also bear the image of the heavenly.Now I say this, brothers, that flesh and blood can’t inherit God’s Kingdom; neither does the perishable inherit imperishable.Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed,in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.For this perishable body must become imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen:“ Death is swallowed up in victory.”“ Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Then they also who are fallen asleep in Christ have perished.

As it is written,“ I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.

Or else what will they do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead aren’t raised at all, why then are they baptized for the dead?

But now Christ has been raised from the dead. He became the first fruits of those who are asleep.For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then those who are Christ’s, at his coming.Then the end comes, when he will deliver up the Kingdom to God, even the Father, when he will have abolished all rule and all authority and power.For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.The last enemy that will be abolished is death.

knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus, and will present us with you.
