He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he didn’t open his mouth. As a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he didn’t open his mouth.

but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish or spot, the blood of Christ,

For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this,“ He was led as a sheep to the slaughter. As a lamb before his shearer is silent, so he doesn’t open his mouth.

and he looked at Jesus as he walked, and said,“ Behold, the Lamb of God!”

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,”

I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder,“ Come and see!”

After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light and be satisfied. My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.

They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,“ Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty! Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.

They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death.

I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him a number, one hundred forty- four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.

for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them and leads them to springs of life- giving waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

I told him,“ My lord, you know.” He said to me,“ These are those who came out of the great suffering. They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.

He said to me,“ Write,‘ Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb.’” He said to me,“ These are true words of God.”

These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed by Jesus from among men, the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.

All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been killed.

These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings, and those who are with him are called chosen and faithful.”

Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit,

Let’s rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let’s give the glory to him. For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.”

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and washed us from our sins by his blood—

Now when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty- four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, who were loaded with the seven last plagues came, and he spoke with me, saying,“ Come here. I will show you the wife, the Lamb’s bride.”

who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying,‘ On the tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers’ houses, a lamb for a household;and if the household is too little for a lamb, then he and his neighbor next to his house shall take one according to the number of the souls. You shall make your count for the lamb according to what everyone can eat.Your lamb shall be without defect, a male a year old. You shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats.You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening.They shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two door posts and on the lintel, on the houses in which they shall eat it.They shall eat the meat in that night, roasted with fire, and unleavened bread. They shall eat it with bitter herbs.Don’t eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roasted with fire; with its head, its legs and its inner parts.You shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; but that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire.This is how you shall eat it: with your belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is Yahweh’s Passover.For I will go through the land of Egypt in that night, and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and animal. I will execute judgments against all the gods of Egypt. I am Yahweh.The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague will be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.

Isaac spoke to Abraham his father, and said,“ My father?” He said,“ Here I am, my son.” He said,“ Here is the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?”Abraham said,“ God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son.” So they both went together.

She shall give birth to a son. You shall call his name Jesus, for it is he who shall save his people from their sins.”

who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father—

Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them on the head of the goat, and shall send him away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is ready.The goat shall carry all their iniquities on himself to a solitary land, and he shall release the goat in the wilderness.

saying with a loud voice,“ Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!”I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying,“ To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!”

There will in no way enter into it anything profane, or one who causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.He showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,in the middle of its street. On this side of the river and on that was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruits, yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.There will be no curse any more. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will serve him.

who gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony in its own times,

I saw in the middle of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the middle of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.They cried with a loud voice, saying,“ Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,

and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them twelve names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb.

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

They told the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,

It shall be on Aaron’s forehead, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall make holy in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always on his forehead, that they may be accepted before Yahweh.

“ Why haven’t you eaten the sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since it is most holy, and he has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Yahweh?

so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, without sin, to those who are eagerly waiting for him for salvation.

I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple.The city has no need for the sun or moon to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

Take words with you, and return to Yahweh. Tell him,“ Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good: so we offer our lips like bulls.

Therefore he was obligated in all things to be made like his brothers, that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people.

But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance.

You shall tell them,‘ This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to Yahweh: male lambs a year old without defect, two day by day, for a continual burnt offering.You shall offer the one lamb in the morning, and you shall offer the other lamb at evening,with one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil.It is a continual burnt offering which was ordained in Mount Sinai for a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.Its drink offering shall be the fourth part of a hin for each lamb. You shall pour out a drink offering of strong drink to Yahweh in the holy place.The other lamb you shall offer at evening. As the meal offering of the morning, and as its drink offering, you shall offer it, an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.“‘ On the Sabbath day, you shall offer two male lambs a year old without defect, and two tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering mixed with oil, and its drink offering:this is the burnt offering of every Sabbath, in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.

Yahweh said to Aaron,“ You and your sons and your fathers’ house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
