你這住巖石的密洞中、雄據岡陵之高處的啊，你那令人戰慄的威風、你心中的傲慢氣、把你欺騙了。即使你如大鷹高高搭窩，就是從那裏我也必將你拉下：這是永恆主發神諭說的。

爾居巖穴、據山巔者、自以為可畏、心傲而自欺、爾縱若鷹巢於高處、我必取爾、自彼而降、耶和華言之矣、

爾居山巖、險隘、危迫之地、心志倨傲、至於自迷、爾巢雖高、譬彼神鷹、我耶和華必使爾降為卑。

爾居巖穴、據守山巔、自以為可畏、心志狂傲以自昧、雖爾如鷹結巢於高處、我必自彼使爾降落、此乃主所言、

The terror you inspire and the pride of your heart have deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rocks, who occupy the heights of the hill. Though you build your nest as high as the eagle’s, from there I will bring you down,” declares the Lord.

You live in the safety of the rocks. You live on top of the hills. But the terror you stir up has now turned against you. Your proud heart has tricked you. You build your nest as high as an eagle does. But I will bring you down from there,” announces the Lord.

The horror you inspire has deceived you, and the pride of your heart, you who live in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill. Though you make your nest as high as the eagle’s, I will bring you down from there, declares the Lord.

You have been deceived by the fear you inspire in others and by your own pride. You live in a rock fortress and control the mountain heights. But even if you make your nest among the peaks with the eagles, I will bring you crashing down,” says the Lord.

As to the terror you cause, your arrogant heart has deceived you. You who live in the clefts of the rock, you who occupy the mountain summit, though you elevate your nest like the eagles, even from there I will bring you down. This is the LORD’s declaration.

骄傲在败坏以先；狂心在跌倒之前。

人的高傲必使他卑下；心里谦逊的，必得尊荣。

你心里曾说：‘我要升到天上；我要高举我的宝座在神众星以上；我要坐在聚会的山上，在北方的极处。我要升到高云之上；我要与至上者同等。’然而，你必坠落阴间，到坑中极深之处。

到耶和华兴起，使地大震动的时候，人好进入磐石洞中和岩石穴里，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。

生死在舌头的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。

耶和华的话临到我说：“人子啊，你为推罗王作起哀歌，说主耶和华如此说：你无所不备，智慧充足，全然美丽。你曾在伊甸神的园中，佩戴各样宝石，就是红宝石、红璧玺、金钢石、水苍玉、红玛瑙、碧玉、蓝宝石、绿宝石、红玉，和黄金；又有精美的鼓笛在你那里，都是在你受造之日预备齐全的。你是那受膏遮掩约柜的基路伯；我将你安置在神的圣山上；你在发光如火的宝石中间往来。你从受造之日所行的都完全，后来在你中间又察出不义。因你贸易很多，就被强暴的事充满，以致犯罪，所以我因你亵渎圣地，就从神的山驱逐你。遮掩约柜的基路伯啊，我已将你从发光如火的宝石中除灭。你因美丽心中高傲，又因荣光败坏智慧，我已将你摔倒在地，使你倒在君王面前，好叫他们目睹眼见。你因罪孽众多，贸易不公，就亵渎你那里的圣所。故此，我使火从你中间发出，烧灭你，使你在所有观看的人眼前变为地上的炉灰。各国民中，凡认识你的，都必为你惊奇。你令人惊恐，不再存留于世，直到永远。”

住在山穴中、居所在高处的啊，你因狂傲自欺，心里说：‘谁能将我拉下地去呢？’你虽如大鹰高飞，在星宿之间搭窝，我必从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。

我的鸽子啊，你在磐石穴中，在陡岩的隐密处。求你容我得见你的面貌，得听你的声音；因为你的声音柔和，你的面貌秀美。

摩押的居民哪，要离开城邑，住在山崖里，像鸽子在深渊口上搭窝。我们听说摩押人骄傲，是极其骄傲；听说他自高自傲，并且狂妄，居心自大。

但耶和华如此说：“就是勇士所掳掠的，也可以夺回；强暴人所抢的，也可以解救。与你相争的，我必与他相争；我要拯救你的儿女。

因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。你要压制外邦人的喧哗，好像干燥地的热气下落；禁止强暴人的凯歌，好像热气被云影消化。
