‘因为我必定搭救你；你必不会倒在刀下，必可以捡回自己的性命，因为你信靠我。’”这是耶和华的宣告。

因為我一定要搭救你；你必不至於倒斃於刀下，你卻要掠得你自己的性命，因為你倚靠着我：這是永恆主發神諭說的。」』

蓋爾惟我是賴、我必拯爾、不仆於刃、俾獲生命、如獲掠物、耶和華言之矣、

爾惟我是賴、我手援爾、救爾生命、免於鋒刃、我耶和華已言之矣。

我必拯救爾、免爾亡於鋒刃、必得保全爾之生命、因爾賴我故、此乃主所言、

I will save you; you will not fall by the sword but will escape with your life, because you trust in me, declares the Lord.’”

I will save you. You will not be killed by a sword. Instead, you will escape with your life. That’s because you trust in me,” announces the Lord.’ ”

住在这城里的必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死；但出去投降围困你们之迦勒底人的必得存活，保全自己的性命。

“耶和华如此说：留在这城里的必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死，但归向迦勒底人的必得存活；至少能保全自己的性命，得以存活。

倚靠耶和华、以耶和华为他所仰赖的，那人有福了！他必像树栽于水旁，在河边扎根，炎热来到，毫不察觉，叶子仍必青翠；在干旱之年，一无挂虑，并且结果不止。

耶和华喜爱敬畏他和盼望他慈爱的人。

耶和华救赎他仆人的性命，凡投靠他的，必不致定罪。

坚心倚赖你的，你必保守他十分平安，因为他倚靠你。

当亲吻儿子，免得他发怒，你们就在半途中灭亡，因为他的怒气快要发作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

义人得救是出于耶和华，在患难时耶和华作他们的避难所。耶和华帮助他们，解救他们；他解救他们脱离恶人，把他们救出来，因为他们投靠他。

你要这样告诉他，耶和华如此说：看哪，我所建立的，我必拆毁；我所栽植的，我必拔出；在全地我都如此行。你为自己图谋大事吗？不要图谋！看哪，我必使灾祸临到凡有血肉之躯的。但你无论往哪里去，我要保全你的性命。这是耶和华说的。”

为要使我们，这些首先把希望寄托在基督里的人，颂赞他的荣耀。

凡在律法之外犯了罪的，将在律法之外灭亡；凡在律法之内犯了罪的，将按律法受审判。

你们也因着他而信那使他从死人中复活、又给他荣耀的上帝，好让你们的信心和盼望都在于上帝。

他们在打仗的时候得了上帝的帮助，夏甲人和所有跟随夏甲人的人都交在他们手中；因为他们在阵上呼求上帝，倚赖他，他就应允他们。

万军之耶和华啊，倚靠你的人有福了！

看哪，耶和华的眼目看顾敬畏他的人和仰望他慈爱的人，

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，安居地上，以他的信实为粮；

你们不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人，他一点也不能帮助。他的气一断，就归回尘土，他所打算的，当日就消灭了。以雅各的上帝为帮助、仰望耶和华—他上帝的，这人有福了！耶和华造天、地、海和其中的万物，他守信实，直到永远。
