The whole valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown, and all the terraces out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as the corner of the Horse Gate, will be holy to the Lord. The city will never again be uprooted or demolished.”

There is a valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown. That whole valley will be holy to me. The side of the Kidron Valley east of the city will be holy to me. It will be holy all the way to the corner of the Horse Gate. The city will never again be pulled up by the roots. It will never be destroyed.”

The whole valley of the dead bodies and the ashes, and all the fields as far as the brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be sacred to the Lord. It shall not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever.”

And the entire area— including the graveyard and ash dump in the valley, and all the fields out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as the Horse Gate— will be holy to the Lord. The city will never again be captured or destroyed.”

猶大列王在亞哈斯樓頂上、所建之祭壇、及瑪拿西在主殿之兩院中所建之祭壇、王悉毀之、速以其塵土傾於汲淪溪畔、

邑四周一萬八千竿、是日以後、邑必稱為主駐蹕之所、

擲於地、為日月及天上眾星所照、或作陳列於日月及天之眾星前日月眾星、即彼昔所愛所奉所向所拜者、其骨不殮不葬、必在地視為糞壤、

主爾之天主、為己民伸冤者、爾之天主如是云、昏醉之杯、我已接於爾手、我震怒之大罇、爾不復飲之、

彼必居於我賜我僕雅各之地、即其其原文作爾列祖所居之地、彼與子孫、及其子孫之子孫、皆居於斯地、直至永遠、我僕大衛為其君、直至永遠、

爾掣籤分地為業、當其中以一區獻於主為聖、長二萬五千竿、竿或作尺下同廣一萬竿、區內四周、俱為聖地、其中有歸聖所之地、長五百竿、廣五百竿、四周維方、四周有五十尺、以為隙隙或作郊地、量度聖地、長二萬五千竿、廣一萬竿、聖所與至聖所、當在其中、此為區分之聖地、歸於祭司、前來在聖所供職奉事主者、為建祭司宅第之處、及建聖所之聖地、為建祭司宅第之處及建聖所之聖地或作為建聖所與祭司宅第之處又有一區、長二萬五千竿、廣一萬竿、殿中供役之利未人、必得之為業、亦得殿中庫房二十、區分之聖地相向之所、當量一區、廣五千竿、長二萬五千竿、歸以色列全族、邑當建於此、邑當建於此文作此乃屬邑之地

在便欣嫩谷築陀斐特邱壇、以火焚獻子女、此非我所命、未起此意於心、緣此主曰、時日將至、斯處不復稱為陀斐特便欣嫩谷、必稱為殺戮谷、死者無地可埋、必埋於陀斐特、

我不復向以色列族掩面、必以我之神賦賦原文作傾注於以色列族、此乃主天主所言、

使我四周巡察、見骸骨甚多、散於平原、極為枯槁、

今主以色列之天主論斯邑如是云、爾曹言斯邑必因鋒刃、饑饉、疫癘、付於巴比倫王手、
