This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ When I bring them back from captivity, the people of Judah and its towns will again say,‘ The Lord bless you, O righteous home, O holy mountain!’

萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、我返其俘囚時、人在猶大地、及其屬邑、必曰、義宅聖山歟、願耶和華錫嘏於爾、

萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、我既釋猶大俘囚、則在諸邑中、人必曰、維彼義室、維彼聖山、願耶和華錫以純嘏、

萬有之主以色列之天主如是云、我使猶大見擄之人旋歸時、則在猶大地及其諸邑中、人仍頌讚曰、惟爾公義之居所、惟爾聖山、主賜福於爾、

This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says:“ When I bring them back from captivity, the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words:‘ The Lord bless you, you prosperous city, you sacred mountain.’

The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ I will bring them back from the place where they were taken. Here is what the people in Judah and its towns will say once again.‘ May the Lord bless you, you successful city. Sacred mountain, may he bless you.’

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ Once more they shall use these words in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I restore their fortunes:“‘ The Lord bless you, O habitation of righteousness, O holy hill!’

This is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ When I restore their fortunes, they will once again speak this word in the land of Judah and in its cities:‘ May the LORD bless you, righteous settlement, holy mountain.’

This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ Once again they will speak this word in the land of Judah and in its cities when I restore their fortunes,‘ The Lord bless you, O place of righteousness, O holy hill!’

Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ They shall again use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity:‘ The Lord bless you, O home of justice, and mountain of holiness!’

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Yet again shall they use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity: Jehovah bless thee, O habitation of righteousness, O mountain of holiness.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice,[ and] mountain of holiness.

The LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,“ I will restore the people of Judah to their land and to their towns. When I do, they will again say of Jerusalem,‘ May the LORD bless you, you holy mountain, the place where righteousness dwells.’

Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Yet again they will use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I reverse their captivity:‘ Yahweh bless you, habitation of righteousness, mountain of holiness.’

“ And now the Lord says: I am returning to Mount Zion, and I will live in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the Faithful City; the mountain of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies will be called the Holy Mountain.

Then I will give you good judges again and wise counselors like you used to have. Then Jerusalem will again be called the Home of Justice and the Faithful City.”

All who found them devoured them. Their enemies said,‘ We did nothing wrong in attacking them, for they sinned against the Lord, their true place of rest, and the hope of their ancestors.’

See how Jerusalem, once so faithful, has become a prostitute. Once the home of justice and righteousness, she is now filled with murderers.

May the Lord continually bless you from Zion. May you see Jerusalem prosper as long as you live.

This is what the Lord says:“ When I bring Israel home again from captivity and restore their fortunes, Jerusalem will be rebuilt on its ruins, and the palace reconstructed as before.

Here stand the thrones where judgment is given, the thrones of the dynasty of David.Pray for peace in Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper.O Jerusalem, may there be peace within your walls and prosperity in your palaces.For the sake of my family and friends, I will say,“ May you have peace.”

While she was there, Boaz arrived from Bethlehem and greeted the harvesters.“ The Lord be with you!” he said.“ The Lord bless you!” the harvesters replied.

In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s house will be the highest of all— the most important place on earth. It will be raised above the other hills, and people from all over the world will stream there to worship.

On the holy mountain stands the city founded by the Lord.He loves the city of Jerusalem more than any other city in Israel.O city of God, what glorious things are said of you! Interlude

May the Lord, who made heaven and earth, bless you from Jerusalem.

Save your people! Bless Israel, your special possession. Lead them like a shepherd, and carry them in your arms forever.

“ For the time is coming,” says the Lord,“ when I will raise up a righteous descendant from King David’s line. He will be a King who rules with wisdom. He will do what is just and right throughout the land.And this will be his name:‘ The Lord Is Our Righteousness.’ In that day Judah will be saved, and Israel will live in safety.“ In that day,” says the Lord,“ when people are taking an oath, they will no longer say,‘ As surely as the Lord lives, who rescued the people of Israel from the land of Egypt.’Instead, they will say,‘ As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the people of Israel back to their own land from the land of the north and from all the countries to which he had exiled them.’ Then they will live in their own land.”

All your people will be righteous. They will possess their land forever, for I will plant them there with my own hands in order to bring myself glory.

“ In those days and at that time I will raise up a righteous descendant from King David’s line. He will do what is just and right throughout the land.In that day Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will live in safety. And this will be its name:‘ The Lord Is Our Righteousness.’For this is what the Lord says: David will have a descendant sitting on the throne of Israel forever.And there will always be Levitical priests to offer burnt offerings and grain offerings and sacrifices to me.”Then this message came to Jeremiah from the Lord:“ This is what the Lord says: If you can break my covenant with the day and the night so that one does not follow the other,only then will my covenant with my servant David be broken. Only then will he no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne. The same is true for my covenant with the Levitical priests who minister before me.And as the stars of the sky cannot be counted and the sand on the seashore cannot be measured, so I will multiply the descendants of my servant David and the Levites who minister before me.”The Lord gave another message to Jeremiah. He said,“ Have you noticed what people are saying?—‘ The Lord chose Judah and Israel and then abandoned them!’ They are sneering and saying that Israel is not worthy to be counted as a nation.But this is what the Lord says: I would no more reject my people than I would change my laws that govern night and day, earth and sky.I will never abandon the descendants of Jacob or David, my servant, or change the plan that David’s descendants will rule the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Instead, I will restore them to their land and have mercy on them.”

And may those who pass by refuse to give them this blessing:“ The Lord bless you; we bless you in the Lord’s name.”

“ But Jerusalem will become a refuge for those who escape; it will be a holy place. And the people of Israel will come back to reclaim their inheritance.

How great is the Lord, how deserving of praise, in the city of our God, which sits on his holy mountain!It is high and magnificent; the whole earth rejoices to see it! Mount Zion, the holy mountain, is the city of the great King!
