He said:“ Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place for the soles of my feet. This is where I will live among the Israelites forever. The people of Israel will never again defile my holy name— neither they nor their kings— by their prostitution and the funeral offerings for their kings at their death. (niv)

A glorious throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary. (niv)

In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and peoples will stream to it.Many nations will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.Everyone will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for the Lord Almighty has spoken.All the nations may walk in the name of their gods, but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. (niv)

For the sake of your name do not despise us; do not dishonor your glorious throne. Remember your covenant with us and do not break it. (niv)

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (niv)

But they will reply,‘ It’s no use. We will continue with our own plans; we will all follow the stubbornness of our evil hearts.’” (niv)

I was left all alone, but these— where have they come from?’”This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“ See, I will beckon to the nations, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their hips.Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.” (niv)

And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord— on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord.“ They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. Instead, they have followed the stubbornness of their hearts; they have followed the Baals, as their ancestors taught them.” (niv)
