Go, proclaim this message toward the north:“‘ Return, faithless Israel,’ declares the Lord,‘ I will frown on you no longer, for I am faithful,’ declares the Lord,‘ I will not be angry forever.

Go. Announce this message to the people in the north. Tell them,“‘ Israel, you have not been faithful,’ announces the Lord.‘ Return to me. Then I will do good things for you again. That’s because I am faithful,’ announces the Lord.‘ I will not be angry with you forever.

Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and say,“‘ Return, faithless Israel, declares the Lord. I will not look on you in anger, for I am merciful, declares the Lord; I will not be angry forever.

Therefore, go and give this message to Israel. This is what the Lord says:“ O Israel, my faithless people, come home to me again, for I am merciful. I will not be angry with you forever.

Go, proclaim these words to the north, and say,‘ Return, unfaithful Israel. This is the LORD’s declaration. I will not look on you with anger, for I am unfailing in my love. This is the LORD’s declaration. I will not be angry forever.

Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say:‘ return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord;‘ I will not cause My anger to fall on you. For I am merciful,’ says the Lord;‘ I will not remain angry forever.

Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith Jehovah; I will not look in anger upon you; for I am merciful, saith Jehovah, I will not keep anger for ever.

Go, proclaim these words to the north, and say: Return, unfaithful Israel. This is the Lord’s declaration. I will not look on you with anger, for I am unfailing in My love. This is the Lord’s declaration. I will not be angry forever.

“ Go and shout this message to my people in the countries in the north. Tell them,‘ Come back to me, wayward Israel,’ says the LORD.‘ I will not continue to look on you with displeasure. For I am merciful,’ says the LORD.‘ I will not be angry with you forever.

Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and say,‘ Return, you backsliding Israel,’ says Yahweh;‘ I will not look in anger on you; for I am merciful,’ says Yahweh.‘ I will not keep anger forever.

But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness. (niv)

Say to them,‘ As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’ (niv)

But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and obey him.For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath. Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.You will be faithful to Jacob, and show love to Abraham, as you pledged on oath to our ancestors in days long ago. In those days the people of Judah will join the people of Israel, and together they will come from a northern land to the land I gave your ancestors as an inheritance. (niv)

You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you. (niv)

will you always be angry? Will your wrath continue forever?’ This is how you talk, but you do all the evil you can.” (niv)

Return, Israel, to the Lord your God. Your sins have been your downfall!Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him:“ Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips.Assyria cannot save us; we will not mount warhorses. We will never again say‘ Our gods’ to what our own hands have made, for in you the fatherless find compassion.” (niv)

and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, (niv)

In the time of Pekah king of Israel, Tiglath-Pileser king of Assyria came and took Ijon, Abel Beth Maakah, Janoah, Kedesh and Hazor. He took Gilead and Galilee, including all the land of Naphtali, and deported the people to Assyria. (niv)

I thought that after she had done all this she would return to me but she did not, and her unfaithful sister Judah saw it. (niv)
