Be assured, however, that if you put me to death, you will bring the guilt of innocent blood on yourselves and on this city and on those who live in it, for in truth the Lord has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing.”

But you can be sure of one thing. If you put me to death, you will be held responsible for spilling my blood. And I haven’t even done anything wrong. You will bring guilt on yourselves and this city and those who live in it. The Lord has sent me to you. He wanted me to say all these things so you could hear them. And that’s the truth.”

不欺压异乡人和孤儿寡妇，不在这地方滥杀无辜，不拜其他神明自取毁灭，

高傲的眼睛，撒谎的舌头，杀害无辜的手，

这样，你们就不致玷污你们所居住的土地，因为血会玷污土地。除非用凶手的血作抵偿，否则被血玷污的土地无法得到洁净。

策划逮捕、杀害耶稣。

耶和华说，你们为人要公义正直，要从欺压者手中解救受剥削的人。不要欺凌、虐待异乡人和孤儿寡妇，不可在这地方滥杀无辜。

由于他们流了众圣徒和先知们的血，现在你使他们喝血，这正是他们应得的报应。”

“主啊，不要追究他们的罪！”说完后，就断气了。

这些犹太人杀死了主耶稣和众先知，又迫害我们。他们不但冒犯上帝，还与所有的人为敌，阻止我们传福音给外族人，唯恐他们得救。这些人恶贯满盈，上帝的烈怒终于临到了他们头上。

‘如果我们活在我们祖先的时代，绝不会和他们一起去杀害先知。’这样，你们自己证明自己是杀害先知之人的后代。去填满你们祖先的罪恶吧！你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇的后代啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？“看啊，我派先知、智者和律法教师到你们当中，有的会遭到你们的杀害，被你们钉在十字架上；有的会在会堂里被你们鞭打，被你们从这城追到那城。因此，所有义人在地上所流的血，就是从义人亚伯的血，直到你们在圣所和祭坛之间所杀的巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血，都要归到你们身上。我实在告诉你们，这一切的罪责都要归到这个世代。

吕便说：“我不是劝你们不要犯罪害那孩子吗？你们不听，现在我们必须偿还血债了。”

玛拿西滥杀无辜，使耶路撒冷血流遍地，耶和华不会赦免这些罪行。

你们的衣服沾满无辜穷人的血，他们并没有进你们的家偷窃。

可是，你一心贪图不义之财，滥杀无辜，横征暴敛。”

我责打你们的儿女，却是徒劳，因为他们不受管教。你们杀害你们的先知，残暴如狮子。

出卖耶稣的犹大问祂：“老师，是我吗？”耶稣说：“你自己说了。”

耶和华说：“你做了什么事？你弟弟的血从地里向我哭诉。

免得无辜人的血流在你们的上帝耶和华赐给你们作产业之地，以致你们担当枉杀无辜的罪。
