But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.

如果你们不听从这些话，我指着自己起誓，这宫殿必变为废墟。’”这是耶和华的宣告。

如果你們不聽從這些話，我指著自己起誓，這宮殿必變為廢墟。’”這是耶和華的宣告。

但你們若不聽這些話，永恆主發神諭說，我指着自己來起誓，這王宮必變為荒廢之處。

如爾不聽斯言、耶和華曰、我指己而誓、此室必為荒蕪、

如爾不聽、我耶和華指己而誓、此殿必致荒蕪。

如爾不聽斯言、主曰、我指己而誓、此殿必致荒蕪、

But if you do not obey these commands, declares the Lord, I swear by myself that this palace will become a ruin.’”

But suppose you do not obey these commands,” announces the Lord.“ Then I promise you that this palace will be destroyed. You can be as sure of this promise as you are sure that I live.” ’ ”

But if you will not obey these words, I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that this house shall become a desolation.

But if you refuse to pay attention to this warning, I swear by my own name, says the Lord, that this palace will become a pile of rubble.’”

But if you do not obey these words, then I swear by myself— this is the LORD’s declaration— that this house will become a ruin.’”

But if you will not obey these words, I swear by Myself,” declares the Lord,“ that this house will become a place of ruins.” ’ ”

But if you will not hear these words, I swear by Myself,” says the Lord,“ that this house shall become a desolation.”’”

But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith Jehovah, that this house shall become a desolation.

But if you do not obey these words, then I swear by Myself”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ that this house will become a ruin.”

But, if you do not obey these commands, I solemnly swear that this palace will become a pile of rubble. I, the LORD, affirm it!”

But if you will not hear these words, I swear by myself,” says Yahweh,“ that this house will become a desolation.”’”

The Lord GOD hath sworn by himself, saith the LORD the God of hosts, I abhor the excellency of Jacob, and hate his palaces: therefore will I deliver up the city with all that is therein.

For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,

And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only[ son]:

But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.

For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh;[ and that] with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.

Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed[ it] by an oath:

And now, because ye have done all these works, saith the LORD, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not;Therefore will I do unto[ this] house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh.

The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as[ by] the flood of Egypt.

And the Chaldeans burned the king’s house, and the houses of the people, with fire, and brake down the walls of Jerusalem.

And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.

Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed[ as] a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.

But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods, and worship them;

Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.So the priests and the prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of the LORD.Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an end of speaking all that the LORD had commanded[ him] to speak unto all the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people took him, saying, Thou shalt surely die.Why hast thou prophesied in the name of the LORD, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.

Say unto them,[ As truly as] I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me,Doubtless ye shall not come into the land,[ concerning] which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken[ it].

And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
