“你站在耶和华殿的门口这样宣告，‘从这些门进殿敬拜耶和华的犹大人啊，你们要听耶和华的话。

大地啊，大地啊，大地啊，要听耶和华的话！耶和华说：“你要把这人作为无儿无女、一生失败的人记录下来，因为他的后裔中无一人能成功地继承大卫的宝座，统治犹大。”

亚玛谢啊，你说，‘不要说攻击以色列的预言，不要传讲攻击以撒子孙的信息。’现在你要听耶和华对你说的话。

但论到坐在大卫宝座上的君王和这城里的百姓，就是没有与你们一同被掳的同胞，万军之耶和华这样说，‘看啊，我必使战争、饥荒和瘟疫临到他们，使他们像烂得不能吃的无花果。

宣告，‘从这些城门进出的犹大君王、百姓以及耶路撒冷的居民啊，你们都要听耶和华的话。耶和华说，如果你们想保住性命，就要小心，不要在安息日带货物进耶路撒冷的城门，也不要从家中运出货物，不要在安息日做任何工作。要按照我对你们祖先的吩咐守安息日为圣日。然而，他们却不听，毫不理会，顽固不化，不肯受教。“‘耶和华说，你们要留心听我的话，在安息日不可运货物进耶路撒冷的城门，不可做任何工作，要守安息日为圣日。这样，坐大卫宝座的君王及其官员必乘车骑马和犹大人以及耶路撒冷的居民从城门出入。这城必永远有人居住。人们必带着燔祭、平安祭、素祭、乳香和感恩祭从犹大的城邑、耶路撒冷四周、便雅悯地区、丘陵、山区和南地去耶和华的殿。但如果你们不听我的话，不守安息日为圣日，仍在安息日运货物进耶路撒冷的城门，我必在各城门点起无法扑灭的大火，烧毁耶路撒冷的宫殿。’”

米该雅说：“你要听耶和华的话。我看见耶和华坐在宝座上，众天军侍立在祂左右。

耶和华让我对君王和太后说：“从宝座上下来吧，因为你们头上华美的王冠将要掉落。”

因此，你们这些从耶路撒冷被掳到巴比伦的人啊！要听耶和华的话。
