因为论到离开这地方的约西亚之子犹大王沙龙，就是接续他父亲约西亚作王的，耶和华这样说：“他必不再回到这里来，

他的臣仆用车把他的尸体从米吉多送到耶路撒冷，葬在他自己的坟墓里。这地的百姓选约西亚的儿子约哈斯，膏立他，接续他父亲作王。约哈斯登基的时候年二十三岁，在耶路撒冷作王三个月。他母亲名叫哈慕她，是立拿人耶利米的女儿。约哈斯行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，效法他祖先一切所行的。法老尼哥把约哈斯监禁在哈马地的利比拉，不许他在耶路撒冷作王，又罚这地一百他连得银子，一他连得金子。法老尼哥立约西亚的儿子以利雅敬接续他父亲约西亚作王，给他改名叫约雅敬，却把约哈斯带到埃及，他就死在那里。

所以，耶和华论到约西亚的儿子犹大王约雅敬如此说：人必不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的哥哥！哀哉，我的姊姊！”也不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的主！哀哉，我主的荣华！”

弓箭手射中约西亚王。王对他的臣仆说：“我受了重伤，你们载我离开战场吧！”他的臣仆扶他下了战车，上了他的副座车，送他到耶路撒冷。他就死了，葬在他祖先的坟墓里。全犹大和耶路撒冷都哀悼约西亚。耶利米为约西亚作哀歌，所有歌唱的男女也唱哀歌，追悼约西亚，直到今日。他们在以色列中以此为定例；看哪，这些哀歌写在《哀歌书》上。

因此，看哪，我必使你归到你祖先那里，平安地进入坟墓；我要降于这地方的一切灾祸，你不会亲眼看见。’”他们就去把这话回覆王。

它养大了其中一只小狮子，成了少壮狮子，学会抓食，它就吃人。列国听见了就把它逮住在他们的坑里，用钩子拉它到埃及地去。

耶稣转身对她们说：“耶路撒冷的女子，不要为我哭，要为你们自己和你们的儿女哭。
