Sing to the Lord! Give praise to the Lord! He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked.

Sing to the Lord, you people! Give praise to him! He saves the lives of people in need. He saves them from the power of sinful people.

Sing to the Lord; praise the Lord! For he has delivered the life of the needy from the hand of evildoers.

Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For though I was poor and needy, he rescued me from my oppressors.

Sing to the Lord, praise the Lord! For He has saved the soul of the needy one From the hand of evildoers.

Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For He has delivered the life of the poor From the hand of evildoers.

Sing unto Jehovah, praise ye Jehovah; for he hath delivered the soul of the needy from the hand of evil- doers.

This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him and saved him from all his troubles.

I will fervently thank the LORD with my mouth; I will praise him in the presence of many.For he stands at the right hand of the needy to save him from those who would condemn him.

For the LORD listens to the needy and does not despise his own who are prisoners.

For you have been a stronghold for the poor person, a stronghold for the needy in his distress, a refuge from storms and a shade from heat. When the breath of the violent is like a storm against a wall,

Then I will rejoice in the LORD; I will delight in his deliverance.All my bones will say,“ LORD, who is like you, rescuing the poor from one too strong for him, the poor or the needy from one who robs him?”Malicious witnesses come forward; they question me about things I do not know.

May he vindicate the afflicted among the people, help the poor, and crush the oppressor.

Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Didn’t God choose the poor in this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom that he has promised to those who love him?Yet you have dishonored the poor. Don’t the rich oppress you and drag you into court?
