Sing to the Lord! Give praise to the Lord! He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked.

Sing to the Lord, you people! Give praise to him! He saves the lives of people in need. He saves them from the power of sinful people.

Sing to the Lord; praise the Lord! For he has delivered the life of the needy from the hand of evildoers.

Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For though I was poor and needy, he rescued me from my oppressors.

This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.

I will give great thanks unto Jehovah with my mouth; Yea, I will praise him among the multitude.For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, To save him from them that judge his soul.

For Jehovah heareth the needy, And despiseth not his prisoners.

For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

And my soul shall be joyful in Jehovah: It shall rejoice in his salvation.All my bones shall say, Jehovah, who is like unto thee, Who deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, Yea, the poor and the needy from him that robbeth him?Unrighteous witnesses rise up; They ask me of things that I know not.

He will judge the poor of the people, He will save the children of the needy, And will break in pieces the oppressor.

Hearken, my beloved brethren; did not God choose them that are poor as to the world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he promised to them that love him?But ye have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you, and themselves drag you before the judgment- seats?
