猶大人與、爾之眾邑、各事一上帝、其數相等、所作之像安在、盍使彼並起、拯救爾曹。

爾所作諸神安在、爾遭患難時、何不起而救爾、猶大歟、爾神之數、與爾邑之數相等、

Where then are the gods you made for yourselves? Let them come if they can save you when you are in trouble! For you, Judah, have as many gods as you have towns.

列邦免難之民、其集而至、惟彼舁其木偶、禱於不能施救之神者、悉屬無知、

爾可往籲所簡之神、爾遭難時、任其拯之、

巴比倫人造疏割比訥像、古他人造匿甲像、哈馬人造亞示瑪像、亞瓦人造匿哈與他珥他像、西法瓦音人以火焚其子女、獻於西法瓦音之神、亞得米勒與亞拿米勒、

荷之於肩、攜之而往、置諸其所、使之屹立、不離其處、人或呼之、而不能應、不能拯人於難、○

以色列為茂盛之葡萄樹、結實纍纍、其實愈繁、築壇愈多、其地愈美、建柱愈佳、

以利沙謂以色列王曰、我與爾何與、其詣爾父母之先知、以色列王曰、不然、耶和華集此三王、欲付於摩押人手、

彼皆傾覆、同俯伏、不能救其重負、己亦為人所虜、○
