『萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：我必將我所說要責罰它的一切災禍降於這城、和屬它的一切城市，因為他們硬着脖子，不聽我的話。』

“万军之耶和华以色列的神如此说：我必使我所说的一切灾祸临到这城和属城的一切城邑，因为他们硬着颈项不听我的话。”

“万军之耶和华—以色列的上帝如此说：‘看哪，我必使我所说的一切灾祸临到这城和属它的城镇，因为他们硬着颈项不听我的话。’”

“万军之耶和华—以色列的神如此说：‘看哪，我必使我所说的一切灾祸临到这城和属它的城镇，因为他们硬着颈项不听我的话。’”

萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、斯邑及四周之民、強項不從我言、故所言之災、必降其身。

萬有之主以色列之天主如是云、我所言之諸災、必降於此邑、及屬之之諸邑、因民強項、不聽我言、

“ This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says:‘ Listen! I am going to bring on this city and all the villages around it every disaster I pronounced against them, because they were stiff- necked and would not listen to my words.’”

“ The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,‘ Listen! I am going to punish this city and all the villages around it. I am going to bring against them all the trouble I have announced. That’s because my people were stubborn. They would not listen to what I said.’ ”

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, behold, I am bringing upon this city and upon all its towns all the disaster that I have pronounced against it, because they have stiffened their neck, refusing to hear my words.”

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:‘ I will bring disaster upon this city and its surrounding towns as I promised, because you have stubbornly refused to listen to me.’”

“ This is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says:‘ I am about to bring on this city— and on all its cities— every disaster that I spoke against it, for they have become obstinate, not obeying my words.’”

“ This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:‘ Behold, I am going to bring on this city and all its towns the entire disaster that I have declared against it, because they have stiffened their necks so as not to listen to My words.’ ”

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:‘ Behold, I will bring on this city and on all her towns all the doom that I have pronounced against it, because they have stiffened their necks that they might not hear My words.’”

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all its towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it; because they have made their neck stiff, that they may not hear my words.

“ This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says:‘ I am about to bring on this city— and on all its dependent villages— all the disaster that I spoke against it, for they have become obstinate, not obeying My words.’”

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.

“ The LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,‘ I will soon bring on this city and all the towns surrounding it all the disaster I threatened to do to it. I will do so because they have stubbornly refused to pay any attention to what I have said!’”

“ Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says,‘ Behold, I will bring on this city and on all its towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have made their neck stiff, that they may not hear my words.’”

然而他們卻不聽從，不傾耳以聽，逕硬着脖子不聽，不接受管教。

但這人民卻不聽從，不傾耳以聽，竟硬着脖子作壞事，比他們列祖還厲害。

你又勸告他們、要使他們轉而歸服你的律法；他們卻狂妄傲慢，不聽從你的誡命，逕自犯了違背你典章的罪（人若遵行典章，就必因這而活着），扭轉倔強的肩頭，硬着脖子，而不聽從。

不肯聽從，也不記掛你在他們中間所行的奇妙作為，竟硬着脖子，立了首領，要返回他們在埃及為奴的地步。但你是樂意赦免人、的上帝：你有恩惠有憐憫，不輕易發怒，而有豐盛的堅愛：你不撇棄他們。

他們卻直戲笑上帝的使者，藐視上帝的話，直譏誚他的神言人，以致永恆主向他人民發烈怒、到無法救治。因此永恆主使迦勒底人的王上來攻擊他們，就在他們聖所的殿裏用刀殺了他們的壯丁，不顧惜壯丁或處女、老邁的或衰弱的；永恆主把這一切人都交在迦勒底王手裏。

我也差遣了我的眾僕人神言人們，又及時又屢次地差遣、去找你們，說：「你們要回轉、各人離開各人的壞行徑，改正你們所行所作的，不可隨從別的神而服事他們，那麼你們就可以住我所賜給你們和你們列祖的土地。」你們卻不傾耳以聽，你們總是不聽我。利甲的兒子約拿達的子孫既能實行他們先祖所吩咐他們的誡命，而這人民卻不聽我，因此、永恆主萬軍之上帝、以色列之上帝、這麼說：看吧，我一定使我所說要打擊你們的一切災禍臨到猶大、臨到耶路撒冷所有的居民；因為我對他們說話，他們總沒有聽；我呼喚他們，他們總沒有回應。』

你們列祖卻不肯留心聽從，反而扭轉肩頭，使耳朵沉重而不聽；使心剛硬如金鋼石、不聽從禮節規律和話語、就是萬軍之永恆主用自己的靈所傳達，由從前的神言人經手所發表的；故此有大震怒從萬軍之永恆主那裏發出。『我呼喚，他們既怎樣不聽，那麼他們呼求，我也就照樣不聞了』：這是萬軍之永恆主說的。『我用旋風吹散他們到他們所不認識的列國去。這樣、國土在他們去後也就變為荒涼，甚至無人來回經過；因為他們使可喜愛之地荒涼了。』

『頸項剛硬、心與耳沒受割禮的人哪，你們永遠抗拒聖靈；你們的祖宗怎樣，你們也怎樣。哪一個神言人、你們的祖宗沒有逼迫過？他們把豫先宣佈那義人之來臨的人殺了。如今你們、你們這些由天使之宣諭領受了律法、而不遵守的人，你們竟成了那義人的出賣者和兇手了！』

不，你們是心中行着不義，而在地上以手秤出強暴的。惡人一出母胎、就和上帝生疏；說謊話的一離母腹、便走錯路。他們的毒素好像蛇的毒素；他們像耳聾的虺蛇，把耳朵塞住，不聽念咒語者的聲音，不聽巧行迷術者的術語。
