同樣，我甚麼時候宣布要建立、栽植一邦或一國，

我甚麼時候論到一邦或一國說，要建立，要栽植，

我論一族、或論一國之時、言欲植之、建之、

如我命邦國、必當開創、立其坵基、而彼邦國、不從我命、作惡不悛、則我欲錫之福、必不行焉。

如我言、某邦某國、當建當植、

And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be built up and planted,

But suppose I announce that a nation or kingdom is going to be built up and planted.

And if at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it,

And if I announce that I will plant and build up a certain nation or kingdom,

At another time I might announce concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will build and plant it.

Or at another moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to build up or to plant it;

And the instant I speak concerning a nation and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it,

And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

At another time I announce that I will build and plant a nation or a kingdom.

And[ at what] instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant[ it];

And there are times when I promise to build up and establish a nation or kingdom.

At the instant I speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

我先前怎樣留意將他們拔出、拆毀、毀壞、傾覆、苦害，也必照樣留意將他們建立、栽植。這是耶和華說的。

到那日，我必建立大衛倒塌的帳幕，堵住其中的破口，把那破壞的建立起來，重新修造，像古時一樣，使以色列人得以東所餘剩的和所有稱為我名下的國。此乃行這事的耶和華說的。耶和華說：日子將到，耕種的必接續收割的；踹葡萄的必接續撒種的；大山要滴下甜酒；小山都必流奶。我必使我民以色列被擄的歸回；他們必重修荒廢的城邑居住，栽種葡萄園，喝其中所出的酒，修造果木園，吃其中的果子。我要將他們栽於本地，他們不再從我所賜給他們的地上拔出來。這是耶和華－你的神說的。

看哪，我今日立你在列邦列國之上，為要施行拔出、拆毀、毀壞、傾覆，又要建立、栽植。

原來栽培你的萬軍之耶和華已經說，要降禍攻擊你，是因以色列家和猶大家行惡，向巴力燒香，惹我發怒，是自作自受。」

生有時，死有時；栽種有時，拔出所栽種的也有時；

耶和華如此說：我必使雅各被擄去的帳棚歸回，也必顧惜他的住處。城必建造在原舊的山岡；宮殿也照舊有人居住。

以色列的民哪，我要再建立你，你就被建立；你必再以擊鼓為美，與歡樂的人一同跳舞而出；

我必歡喜施恩與他們，要盡心盡意、誠誠實實將他們栽於此地。

耶和華說：「日子將到，這城必為耶和華建造，從哈楠業樓直到角門。
