耶和华这样说：“倚靠世人，恃凭肉体为自己的力量，心里偏离耶和华的，这人该受咒诅。

耶和華如此說：倚靠人血肉的膀臂，心中離棄耶和華的，那人有禍了！

耶和華曰、凡賴世人、恃血肉之臂、而心離耶和華者、其人見詛、

耶和華曰、人背逆予、求人助己、惟人力是恃、禍必不遠。

主如是云、凡人心棄我、我原文作主倚恃人、倚恃肉體者、倚恃肉體者原文作以肉體為其臂者斯人有禍、

This is what the Lord says:“ Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the Lord.

The Lord says,“ Those who trust in human beings are under my curse. They depend on human strength. Their hearts turn away from me.

Thus says the Lord:“ Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord.

This is what the Lord says:“ Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord.

This is what the LORD says: Cursed is the person who trusts in mankind. He makes human flesh his strength, and his heart turns from the LORD.

This is what the Lord says:“ Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind And makes flesh his strength, And whose heart turns away from the Lord.

Thus says the Lord:“ Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord.

Thus saith Jehovah: Cursed is the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from Jehovah.

This is what the Lord says: The man who trusts in mankind, who makes human flesh his strength and turns his heart from the Lord is cursed.

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed[ be] the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

The LORD says,“ I will put a curse on people who trust in mere human beings, who depend on mere flesh and blood for their strength, and whose hearts have turned away from the LORD.

Yahweh says:“ Cursed is the man who trusts in man, relies on strength of flesh, and whose heart departs from Yahweh.

投靠耶和华，强似倚赖人；投靠耶和华，强似倚赖权贵。

你们不要倚靠君王，不要倚靠世人，他一点也不能帮助。他的气一断，就归回尘土，他所打算的，当日就消灭了。

你们不要倚靠世人，他只不过鼻孔里有气息，算得了什么呢？

祸哉！那些下埃及求帮助的，他们仰赖马匹，倚靠甚多的战车，并倚靠强壮的骑兵，却不仰望以色列的圣者，也不求问耶和华。其实，耶和华有智慧，他降灾祸，并不撤回自己的话，却要兴起攻击作恶之家，攻击那帮助人作恶的。埃及人不过是人，并非神，他们的马不过是血肉，并不是灵。耶和华一伸手，那帮助人的必绊跌，受帮助的也必跌倒，都一同灭亡。耶和华对我如此说，狮子和少壮狮子为猎物而咆哮，许多牧人被召来攻击它，它总不因他们的声音惊惶，也不因他们的喧嚷退缩；万军之耶和华也必如此降临在锡安的大小山冈上争战。雀鸟盘旋护卫，万军之耶和华也必照样保护耶路撒冷；他必保护拯救，必逾越而搭救。以色列人哪，要归向你们严重悖逆的那一位！到那日，你们各人要抛弃亲手所造、陷自己于罪中的金偶像和银偶像。亚述必倒在刀下，并非人的刀；有刀要将它吞灭，并非人的刀。它要逃避这刀，它的年轻人必做苦工。它的磐石必因惊吓而消失，它的领袖必因大旗惊惶；这是那有火在锡安、有炉在耶路撒冷的耶和华说的。

耶和华说：“祸哉！这悖逆的儿女。他们同谋，却不出于我，结盟，却不出于我的灵，以致罪上加罪。他们没有寻求我的指示，就起身下埃及去，要倚靠法老的庇护坚固自己，并投在埃及的荫下。但法老的庇护反成为你们的羞辱；你们投在埃及荫下，反使你们惭愧。他们的领袖已在琐安，他们的使臣到了哈内斯。他们必因那无益于他们的民蒙羞；那民并非帮助，也非有益，只带来羞耻和凌辱。”论尼革夫牲畜的默示。他们将财物驮在驴背上，将宝物驮在骆驼的背脊，经过艰难困苦之地，就是母狮、公狮、毒蛇、飞蛇之地，往那无益于他们的民那里去。埃及的帮助是徒然的，因此，我称它为“毫不中用的拉哈伯”。

与他们同在的是血肉之臂，但与我们同在的是耶和华—我们的神，他必帮助我们，为我们争战。”百姓因犹大王希西家的话就得到鼓励。

看哪，你所倚靠的埃及是那断裂的苇杖，人若倚靠这杖，它就刺进他的手，穿透它。埃及王法老向所有倚靠他的人都是这样。

人真是虚空，人真是虚假；放在天平里就必浮起，他们一共比空气还轻。

那些逃脱的人，必在被掳所到的各国中记得我，我心里何等伤痛，因他们起淫心，离弃我，淫荡的眼追随偶像。他们因所做一切可憎的恶事，必厌恶自己。

因为我遵守耶和华的道，未曾作恶离开我的神。

“埃及所有的居民必定知道我是耶和华。因为你已成为以色列家芦苇的杖；他们用手掌一握，你就断裂，伤了他们的肩；他们靠着你，你却折断，闪了他们的腰。

耶和华初次向何西阿说话。耶和华对他说：“你去娶一个淫荡的女子为妻，收那从淫乱所生的儿女；因为这地行大淫乱，离弃耶和华。”

诚实少见，离弃邪恶的人反成掠物。那时，耶和华见没有公平，就不喜悦。
