My tent is destroyed; all its ropes are snapped. My children are gone from me and are no more; no one is left now to pitch my tent or to set up my shelter.

Jerusalem is like a tent that has been destroyed. All its ropes have snapped. My people have gone away from me. Now no one is left to set up my tent. I have no one to set up my shelter.

My tent is destroyed, and all my cords are broken; my children have gone from me, and they are not; there is no one to spread my tent again and to set up my curtains.

My home is gone, and no one is left to help me rebuild it. My children have been taken away, and I will never see them again.

要扩张你帐幕之地，伸展你居所的幔子，不要缩回；要放长你的绳子，坚固你的橛子。

观看我的人，他的眼必不看见我；你的眼目投向我，我却不在了。

她的敌人作主，她的仇敌亨通；耶和华因她过犯多而使她受苦，她的孩童在敌人面前去作俘虏。

恶人倾覆，归于无有；义人的家却屹立不倒。

我已将我的话放在你口中，用我的手影遮蔽你，为要安定诸天，立定地基，并对锡安说：“你是我的百姓。”

他张弓好像仇敌，他站立举起右手，如同敌人杀戮我们眼目所喜爱的。他在锡安的帐棚倾倒愤怒，如火一般。主如仇敌吞灭以色列，吞灭它一切的宫殿，毁坏境内的堡垒；在犹大加添悲伤和哭号。他摧毁自己的帐幕如摧毁园子，毁坏自己的会幕。耶和华使节庆和安息日在锡安尽被遗忘，又在极其愤怒中厌弃君王与祭司。

你要再听见丧失子女后所生的儿女说：“这地方我居住太窄，请你给我地方居住。”那时你心里必说：“我既丧子不育，被掳，飘流在外，谁给我生了这些？谁将他们养大呢？看哪，我被撇下独自一人时，他们都在哪里呢？”主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我必向列国举手，向万民竖立大旗；他们必将你的儿子抱在怀中带来，将你的女儿背在肩上扛来。
