The Lord said to Gideon,“ With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands. Let all the others go home.”

耶和华对基甸说：“我要用这舔水的三百人拯救你们，将米甸人交在你手中；其余的人都可以各归各处去。”

耶和华对基甸说：“我要用这三百舔水喝的人拯救你们，我要把米甸人交在你手中。让其余的人都回家吧。”

耶和华对基甸说：“我要用这舔水的三百人拯救你们，把米甸人交在你们的手里，所有其他的人都可以各回自己的地方去。”

永恆主對基甸說：『我要用這舔水的三百人拯救你們，將米甸人交在你手中；其餘的眾民可以各往自己的地方去。』

耶和華諭基甸曰、我必藉此餂水之三百人救爾、以米甸人付於爾手、餘民可歸其所、

耶和華諭其田曰、我必使以手取水而飲之三百人救爾、付米田人於爾手、可使餘民俱歸其所。

主諭基甸曰、我藉此餂水之三百人救爾曹、以米甸人付於爾手、使餘民各歸其所、

The Lord spoke to Gideon. He said,“ With the help of the 300 men who lapped up the water I will save you. I will hand the Midianites over to you. Let all the other men go home.”

And the Lord said to Gideon,“ With the 300 men who lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hand, and let all the others go every man to his home.”

The Lord told Gideon,“ With these 300 men I will rescue you and give you victory over the Midianites. Send all the others home.”

The LORD said to Gideon,“ I will deliver you with the three hundred men who lapped and hand the Midianites over to you. But everyone else is to go home.”

And the Lord said to Gideon,“ I will save you with the three hundred men who lapped, and will hand the Midianites over to you; so have all the other people go, each man to his home.”

Then the Lord said to Gideon,“ By the three hundred men who lapped I will save you, and deliver the Midianites into your hand. Let all the other people go, every man to his place.”

And Jehovah said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thy hand; and let all the people go every man unto his place.

The Lord said to Gideon,“ I will deliver you with the 300 men who lapped and hand the Midianites over to you. But everyone else is to go home.”

And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the[ other] people go every man unto his place.

The LORD said to Gideon,“ With the three hundred men who lapped I will deliver the whole army and I will hand Midian over to you. The rest of the men should go home.”

Yahweh said to Gideon,“ I will save you by the three hundred men who lapped, and deliver the Midianites into your hand. Let all the other people go, each to his own place.”

Jonathan said to his young armor-bearer,“ Come, let’s go over to the outpost of those uncircumcised men. Perhaps the Lord will act in our behalf. Nothing can hinder the Lord from saving, whether by many or by few.”

Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob, little Israel, do not fear, for I myself will help you,” declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.“ See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel.

When I and all who are with me blow our trumpets, then from all around the camp blow yours and shout,‘ For the Lord and for Gideon.’”Gideon and the hundred men with him reached the edge of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, just after they had changed the guard. They blew their trumpets and broke the jars that were in their hands.The three companies blew the trumpets and smashed the jars. Grasping the torches in their left hands and holding in their right hands the trumpets they were to blow, they shouted,“ A sword for the Lord and for Gideon!”While each man held his position around the camp, all the Midianites ran, crying out as they fled.When the three hundred trumpets sounded, the Lord caused the men throughout the camp to turn on each other with their swords. The army fled to Beth Shittah toward Zererah as far as the border of Abel Meholah near Tabbath.
