基甸說：「我主啊，如果耶和華與我們同在，我們怎會有這些遭遇？我們的祖先曾告訴我們有關耶和華帶領他們離開埃及的事，如今祂那些奇妙的作為在哪裡呢？現在祂已經丟棄我們，把我們交在米甸人手裡。」

基甸说：“主啊，耶和华若与我们同在，我们何至遭遇这一切事呢？我们的列祖不是向我们说‘耶和华领我们从埃及上来’吗？他那样奇妙的作为在哪里呢？现在他却丢弃我们，将我们交在米甸人手里。”

基甸对他说：“主啊，请容许我说，耶和华若与我们同在，我们怎么会遭遇这一切事呢？我们的列祖告诉我们：‘耶和华领我们从埃及上来’，他那奇妙的作为在哪里呢？现在耶和华却丢弃了我们，把我们交在米甸人的手掌中。”

基甸对他说：“主啊，请容许我说，耶和华若与我们同在，我们怎么会遭遇这一切事呢？我们的列祖告诉我们：‘耶和华领我们从埃及上来’，他那奇妙的作为在哪里呢？现在耶和华却丢弃了我们，把我们交在米甸人的手掌中。”

基甸说：“我主啊，如果耶和华与我们同在，我们怎会有这些遭遇？我们的祖先曾告诉我们有关耶和华带领他们离开埃及的事，如今祂那些奇妙的作为在哪里呢？现在祂已经丢弃我们，把我们交在米甸人手里。”

基甸回答他，说：“唉，我的主，如果耶和华与我们同在，我们怎会遭遇这一切事呢？我们的列祖向我们讲述的，耶和华的一切奇事在哪里呢？他们曾说：‘耶和华不是把我们从埃及领上来吗？’现在他却抛弃了我们，把我们交在米甸人手中！”

基甸說：「主啊，耶和華若與我們同在，我們何致遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖不是向我們說『耶和華領我們從埃及上來』嗎？他那樣奇妙的作為在哪裏呢？現在他卻丟棄我們，將我們交在米甸人手裏。」

基甸對他說：「主啊，請容許我說，耶和華若與我們同在，我們怎麼會遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖告訴我們：『耶和華領我們從埃及上來』，他那奇妙的作為在哪裏呢？現在耶和華卻丟棄了我們，把我們交在米甸人的手掌中。」

基甸對他說：「主啊，請容許我說，耶和華若與我們同在，我們怎麼會遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖告訴我們：『耶和華領我們從埃及上來』，他那奇妙的作為在哪裏呢？現在耶和華卻丟棄了我們，把我們交在米甸人的手掌中。」

基甸回答他，說：“唉，我的主，如果耶和華與我們同在，我們怎會遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖向我們講述的，耶和華的一切奇事在哪裡呢？他們曾說：‘耶和華不是把我們從埃及領上來嗎？’現在他卻拋棄了我們，把我們交在米甸人手中！”

基甸對他說：『唉，我主啊，永恆主如果與我們同在，我們何至於遭遇這一切事呢？我們的祖宗向我們敘說的、永恆主一切奇妙的作為在哪裏呢？他們說：「永恆主豈不是領我們從埃及上來麼？」現在他卻丟棄了我們，將我們交在米甸人手掌中！』

基甸曰、我主歟、如耶和華偕我、何至遭此、我祖嘗言耶和華導我出埃及、今其異蹟安在、茲乃棄我、付於米甸人手、

其田曰、我主與、如耶和華祐我、奚至所遇若此、我嘗聞我父之言、昔耶和華導我族出埃及、今其異跡安在、斯時耶和華遺棄我儕、付我於米田人手。

基甸曰、我主歟、如耶和華祐我、何至所遇若此、我列祖嘗向我傳述曰、主導我出伊及、今主之異跡安在、斯時主竟棄我、付我於米甸人手、

“ Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied,“ but if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our ancestors told us about when they said,‘ Did not the Lord bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and given us into the hand of Midian.”

“ Pardon me, sir,” Gideon replied,“ you say the Lord is with us. Then why has all this happened to us? Where are all the wonderful things he has done? Our people of long ago told us about them. They said,‘ Didn’t the Lord bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now the Lord has deserted us. He has handed us over to Midian.”

And Gideon said to him,“ Please, my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all his wonderful deeds that our fathers recounted to us, saying,‘ Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and given us into the hand of Midian.”

“ Sir,” Gideon replied,“ if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened to us? And where are all the miracles our ancestors told us about? Didn’t they say,‘ The Lord brought us up out of Egypt’? But now the Lord has abandoned us and handed us over to the Midianites.”

Gideon said to him,“ Please, my lord, if the LORD is with us, why has all this happened? And where are all his wonders that our ancestors told us about? They said,‘ Hasn’t the LORD brought us out of Egypt?’ But now the LORD has abandoned us and handed us over to Midian.”

Then Gideon said to him,“ O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying,‘ Did the Lord not bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and handed us over to Midian.”

Gideon said to Him,“ O my Lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying,‘ Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.”

And Gideon said unto him, Oh, my lord, if Jehovah is with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where are all his wondrous works which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not Jehovah bring us up from Egypt? but now Jehovah hath cast us off, and delivered us into the hand of Midian.

Gideon said to Him,“ Please Sir, if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened? And where are all His wonders that our fathers told us about? They said,‘ Hasn’t the Lord brought us out of Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and handed us over to Midian.”

And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where[ be] all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.

Gideon said to him,“ Pardon me, but if the LORD is with us, why has such disaster overtaken us? Where are all his miraculous deeds our ancestors told us about? They said,‘ Did the LORD not bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the LORD has abandoned us and handed us over to Midian.”

Gideon said to him,“ Oh, my lord, if Yahweh is with us, why then has all this happened to us? Where are all his wondrous works which our fathers told us of, saying,‘ Didn’t Yahweh bring us up from Egypt?’ But now Yahweh has cast us off, and delivered us into the hand of Midian.”

「貧窮困苦的人找不到水喝，他們口乾舌燥。但我耶和華必應允他們的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不會撇棄他們。

上帝啊，我們親耳聽過祖先講述你在古時，在我們祖先時代的作為。

他便出來迎接亞撒，對他說：「亞撒啊，所有的猶大人和便雅憫人啊，請聽我說！你們若順從耶和華，祂必與你們同在。你們若尋求祂，祂必讓你們尋見。你們若背棄祂，祂必離棄你們。

耶和華回答他說：「我必親自與你同去，使你平安穩妥。」摩西說：「你若不與我們同去，就不要讓我們離開這裡。你若不與我們同去，誰會知道我和你的子民在你面前蒙了恩呢？豈不是因為你的同在才使我們不同於地上其他民族嗎？」

主啊，你從前憑自己的信實向大衛應許的慈愛在哪裡呢？

但倘若你們心中偏離，不肯聽從，被引誘去祭拜、供奉別的神明，我今天警告你們，你們必定滅亡，在約旦河對岸——你們將要佔領的土地上無法長久。

是我們所聞所知、世代流傳下來的事。我們不要在子孫面前隱瞞事實，要把耶和華當受稱頌的作為、祂的權能和所行的奇事告訴下一代。

「難道主要永遠丟棄我，不再恩待我了嗎？難道祂的慈愛永遠消逝了嗎？祂的應許永遠落空了嗎？難道上帝已忘記施恩，在憤怒中收回了祂的慈愛嗎？」（細拉）

兩個胎兒在她腹中彼此相爭，她說：「怎麼會這樣？」於是，她去求問耶和華。

看啊，耶和華的臂膀並非沒有力量拯救，祂的耳朵並非聾得聽不見。你們的罪過使你們與上帝隔絕，你們的罪惡使祂轉臉不看你們，也不聽你們的祈求。

別掩面不理我，別憤然拒絕你的僕人，你一向是我的幫助。拯救我的上帝啊，別離開我，別撇棄我。

一定會告訴迦南的居民。那裡的居民早已聽說你耶和華與以色列人同在，你面對面向他們顯現，你的雲彩停留在他們上面，你白天用雲柱、黑夜用火柱引導他們。如果你把他們全部消滅，那些聽過你威名的列國就會議論說，

那時，我要向他們發怒，離棄他們，掩面不理他們。他們將被吞滅，遭遇許多禍患和災難，以致他們會說，『這些禍患臨到我們豈不是因為上帝不在我們中間了嗎？』

萬國必問，『耶和華為什麼要這樣對待這地方？祂為什麼大發烈怒？』

求你從天上垂顧，從你聖潔、榮耀的居所垂看。你的熱忱和大能在哪裡呢？難道你不再眷愛、憐憫我們嗎？

耶和華說：「耶利米啊，如果有百姓、先知或祭司問你，『耶和華有什麼啟示？』你要對他們說，『你們就是耶和華的重擔，耶和華說要丟棄你們。』

對於這些事，我們還可以說什麼呢？上帝若幫助我們，誰能與我們對抗？
