Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty.

維時、所遺貴胄庶民、下攻強敵、耶和華涖臨、為我下擊勇士、

維彼有能之士、所遺之眾宜至焉、我在英武之中、耶和華民應歸焉。

維時遺民下而與壯士戰、主之民下而攻勇士、

“ The remnant of the nobles came down; the people of the Lord came down to me against the mighty.

“ The nobles who were left came down. The people of the Lord came down to me against the powerful enemy.

Then down marched the remnant of the noble; the people of the Lord marched down for me against the mighty.

“ Down from Tabor marched the few against the nobles. The people of the Lord marched down against mighty warriors.

Then the survivors came down to the nobles; the LORD’s people came down to me against the warriors.

Then survivors came down to the nobles; The people of the Lord came down to me as warriors.

“ Then the survivors came down, the people against the nobles; The Lord came down for me against the mighty.

Then came down a remnant of the nobles and the people; Jehovah came down for me against the mighty.

The survivors came down to the nobles; the Lord’s people came down to me with the warriors.

Then the survivors came down to the mighty ones; the LORD’s people came down to me as warriors.

“ Then a remnant of the nobles and the people came down. Yahweh came down for me against the mighty.

Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat[ them] small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD,[ and] shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth[ were of] iron, and his nails[ of] brass;[ which] devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;And of the ten horns that[ were] in his head, and[ of] the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even[ of] that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look[ was] more stout than his fellows.I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.And the ten horns out of this kingdom[ are] ten kings[ that] shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.And he shall speak[ great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy[ it] unto the end.And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom[ is] an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

But God[ is] the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done[ it].
