非利士的首领们各带百人或千人前行，大卫和他的部下与亚吉一同跟在后面。

金老鼠是按着五个首领所管辖的非利士城市的总数，城市包括坚固城和无城墙的乡镇。至于那块放置耶和华约柜的大石头，直到今天还在伯示麦人约书亚的田地里。
